Delivery was okay but the size and features for the price was outstanding. Well worth the purchase

Ice maker is a little noisy whe n it drops the ice. Doesn't occur that often so no big deal. Seems to cool well. Like the extra drawer in the freezer. Ice maker takes up quite a bit of room in the door and in the frig. Only complaint is the doors have to be closed with some force.

This is a very good looking fridge, the only one issue is the ice dispenser, it is messy, and does not make much difference if you choose entire cubes or crushed. Had I seen this in the store, I wouldn’t pick this appliance.

This is a great fridge for the price. It makes funny humming sounds that come and go, but overall is a quiet fridge. I bought it for the ice maker claiming to make 4 equivalent bags of ice per day, but I haven't put it to the test yet. I love having the veggie and deli dawer at counter height. The freezer is the largest I've owned; it can hold several large pizzas laid flat on one level, and the rest of your frozen food on the other level. One warning about the ice maker: hold the glass up against the feeder, or some ice will jump out on your floor. Also, I had to turn off the energy saver because the sliver between the doors condensed water on my floor, much like a cold glass of ice water would sweat.

This is a great refrigerator! My 1 year old can't open the freezer cause he can't lift and pull so it is kid friendly at this point... I do not like how slow the water comes out of the dispenser.... (And yes, our water pressure is fine.) I've had other refrigerators better with that.

frig has plenty of room for all food, the bottom compartment for meat and cheese items helps a ton in keeping the frig less crowded with food items. The frig does make a humming noise always I think it is the twin cooling fans?

Coming from a side by side this fridge feels like it has a ton of space. The openness of the fridge side of things is really nice and the freezer keeps the cold in even when opening as it doesnt just spill out like the old side by side.

Over all it is a great refrigerator and the price was really good. You have plenty of room and three different veggie/meat/pastry bends. The center one is temp controlled and the others you can adjust for humidity. The silver finish is a little bit of a pain, it shows finger prints so a good silver finish cleaner is a must.

So far no major complaints, very happy with the purchase. This unit replaced our 11-year old Frigidaire fridge. Runs very quiet, with plenty of storage, the only minor gripes: a little short of shelf space for taller items, and the shelves on the ice-maker side are a little too narrow for most items. Best Buy delivery schedule/customer service was outstanding!

The fridge is very quiet when the 'twin' cooling motors are on, very is a plus. The only negative is the door seal, which appears to not completely seal. Makes a lot of ice, 10lbs/.day, which I need living in AZ. Overall a good value.

I have been pleased with my Samsung French door refrigerator. Ice maker works well, but it is very noisy whenever the ice cubes drop after being made. I can hear it several rooms away.

Just had this fridge delivered by the Best Buy team. The delivery guys were top notch!! The fridge looks great and we are happy with the purchase. Quiet and lots of space. The ice cubes are on the small side, but I suspect the reasoning is so more ice can be made quickly, but it's not a knock at all. The finish attracts fingerprints, but not a big deal. So far so good!

I was debating between getting this Samsung 24.6 CF vs. Whirlpool - 25.0 CF (Model: WRX735SDBM; SKU: 8827231) for my parents home. I have the same exact Samsung 24.6 at my place. Here is my comparison: Pro's about Samsung: * Well lit inside * Dual cooling * Single outlet for water / ice * The plastic bins are sturdier and feel solid (the bins in Whirlpool felt flimsy plastic) * Looks pleasing from inside. Whirlpool's adjustable shelf stripe in the back is visible. Not an issue in Samsung's model. What I don't like about Samsung: * Pricier than Whirlpool model (~$150+ over Black Friday) * Little smaller in terms of cubic feet * Exterior door surface is prone to finger print smudges. Don't go away easily even if you use cleaning solution * It makes weird noise randomly (and it's not coming from ice maker) * Has only one bottom drawer, and whirlpool has two bottom drawers We ended up purchasing the Samsung fridge second time.

I love the new color and shine of the refrigerator, much more room than my old one.

After looking several refrigerators in this price range, I found Samsung most appealing. It has lots of space in refrigerator and freezer area. The pizza storage area is simply a bonus. Easy to use. Ice/Water dispenser is pretty good except that ice dispensing is bit noisy.

This fridge has been everything I've needed. Fit exactly in the 36" width we needed. We were worried about it sticking too far out into the room, but it only sticks out a few inches. Looks great. Only complaint is that the water dispenser is a bit slow and the ice dispenser is a bit messy.

I like this refrigerator a lot. Wasn't planning to buy this style with the freezer drawer on the bottom, but the thing that sold me was the fact that you are able to store wider items, because the fridge space is wide, as well as the freezer. The freezer has a drawer to separate and organize items, the fridge has a lot of space, and even a drawer that you can adjust the temp on. Overall we really like this fridge, the only thing that was disappointing to me right after I started using it, is the shelves are basically stationary, I believe there is only one shelf that you can adjust the height on, which leaves only a small area to stand up large items such as milk, juice, 2 liters, so they will need to be laid on the side if you have more than a few. But that is not too big of a deal, considering you really got a lot of extra space with this model.

Bought in mid-2013. Last year ice maker didn't work a worked for about a month after before it broke again. This time it started making a fan noise,called to get it fixed but they didn't call me back and was unable to follow up on it at that time and stopped making the noise but then it started to get warm inside and when pulled stuff out found ice obstructing back vents. Probably have a block of ice in the back of the refrigerator. Love the French drawers and room in the refrigerator but no working ice maker and breaking when not even 3 years old is a bummer. Get a extended warrenty if you buy this refrigerator. I am glad I did!
