The positives are certainly found in the looks and functionality with a small nod to "extras" such as the fold up or slide in shelves. The negatives would be that the refrigerator sort of lacks space for what you would imagine you would get from a french door design. Ultimately, I would only buy it again on a wicked good sale.

Just like others have written about before, the ice maker on this fridge is crap. Problems started 2 months after my warranty expired. I've now had it for a year and a half. Bought it Dec 2018. Ice maker has constantly been a problem. I had to defrost it to get it to make ice again. A month later, it froze up again. Checked all seals around the doors and inside, everything looks fine there. I have 2 friends who now have Samsungs and they have the same issues with their ice makers. Support is okay but they won't help much. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG APPLIANCES

It is much larger and looks great. Seems to be efficient, and so far no complaints.

I really like this fridge, the only problem is the fingerprints showing on the surface.

Almost 4 years in our house. No issues to date. You need to read the manual thoroughly to learn all of it’s capabilities.

i love this frig , and it fit my budget, i only wish i could have bought the next model above this one.

This refrigerator has plenty of storage and options with the retractable shelving. I also really like the ice options and dispenser on the front door.

I love the storage area. It makes everything so easy to get to. The freezer is very easy to organize as well and holds a lot!

All the new perks with a great price. We were origonally looking into Kenmore models, but a representative lead us to this model and we fell in love. Sleek and perfect.

I love the black stainless, I have small children so I love items easy to clean and dirt resistant! Great looking appliances and I look forward to using them all!
