I love the way that the fridge and freezer sections are organized, and the deal I got when I bought it is divine!

I had a technician from Geek Squad look at it. He said it had something to do with the temperature being too warm. He changed it and emptied out the ice container. It was better for a few days, but now I'm experiencing the same problem. In addition, the storage shelves on the upper left side are so narrow (to accommodate the ice maker) that most of the space is unusable. I was really disappointed in the total storage space of the shelves.
