This is the second Samsung refrigerator I’ve purchased (2 different homes). Same models because it’s been the best price for the spacious capacity and I live the ice/water feature in the door.

It matches all my other appliances, but sadly does not have a tray under the water spout, and is a bit noisy

The ice maker seems to stop working and freeze up pretty often but otherwise a good fridge.

My Samsung refrigerator is quiet, big so I can see what's inside, and has a quiet icemaker. I am so happy with this purchase. Also at a great price!

It is good looking g fridge but Ice Maker sometimes Jam if you do not use for a while.

We grocery shop once a month and this fridge has plenty of room to hold everything! My family are big eaters. We make big meals and we can easily store leftovers. We have had other Samsung fridges/appliances and have never been disappointed.

I recently had to purchase a new fridge when my old one went out. I am so happy with our new fridge. There is so much space and I love that the door will chime if it is left open to long, especially with two teenagers in the house!

interior layout great.quiet except when ice make ejects ice into hopper. delivery and set up people excellant. sales force knowlegable.

I bought a complete set of samsung appliances and this is the only one that seems to be something wrong with. it cools fine but has a pretty loud noise after i close it and only happens when the compressor is on seems like a seal leak toward the back of the fridge.Ice maker works great but if you have a big family i would go with the one that has a ice maker in the bottom too.I got a smoking deal on the combo i got so I'm not disappointed

After 13 years, the whirlpool died! So, went to purchase another whirlpool. Salesperson recommended this Samsung. I bought and love it. French doors are great, ice machine/water works well. It is roomy and quiet. Install went smoothly also.

Love the no finger print black stainless. Bottom freezer is very spacious. The inside is spacious. Vegetable drawers keep contents fresh for a long time with humidity controls.

I have had this refrigerator for 3 months. So far I am enjoying it and have had no troubles. My favorite feature is the separate temperature controlled compartment. The only thing that I would change is the thru-the-door water and ice dispenser. It would be nice if there were 2 separate dispensers rather than having to push the button to switch from ice to water. I have to press pretty firmly to switch.

NIce and roomy. Large freezer area. Very quiet running. Word of caution: The doors need a few inches on the side to open so if you install it in a tight spot next to a side wall you might have trouble opening both doors completely. The water hookup is halfway up the rear. I could not find that information anywhere in the specs. It was not a problem since I had purchased a long connection hose prior. Actually, the installer had a hose which I assume he would have used but he took it with him. I would have preferred he use that hose so I could have returned mine for a refund. There is no skirt so you can see the wheels/feet. I find the refrigerator difficult to roll forward when I need to get behind it since you cannot pull on the doors. These are all minor issues, I am actually very pleased with it.

good refrigerator, plenty of space. one downfall, the delivery guy set up the freezer too low and the water dispenser froze.

We spent all day looking for refrigerators and we came to Best Buy as our last stop. We had been dealing with salesman all day but the Best Buy salesman was so much more in depth and knowledgeable of the products as to what we were looking for. He knew what we needed before we realize what we needed and he is the reason why we bought this refrigerator and have not regretted it ever sense. The refrigerator is very roomy and I love the fact that the shelves can give away which is something I've never had in the refrigerator before

This fridge offers a reasonable amount of storage space plus an extra large lower freezer, which eliminates extra trips to the garage freezer.

My Samsung refrigerator is so so convenient. Everything fits perfect and I can see everything at a glance.the pull out drawer inside the frig is so practical. Love my frig plus the color is amazing. I got the black stainless steal

This refrigerator is awesome and amazing!! We couldn’t be more happy with it. It’s a so called smart refrigerator but it does everything we want it to do! Highly recommend!!

This fridge has been great for the month that we've had it. I love the amount of room it has and it's just a clean design all around. The ice maker isn't the best you can find, but it's not non-functional. The crushed and cubed ice both throw shards of ice away from the exit, but you just need to use a larger glass and you won't have any problems. For the price you can't get much better than this for a french door fridge.
