We really love the new 'frig. Lots of room; adjustable shelves are a real plus. I love the large drawer - as wide as the whole refrigerator. The only negative on it is that you have to open both doors to open the drawer.

Unit is spacious and a great design but made a cracking noise.

This refrigerator is awesome. It has lots of room inside and looks great in stainless steel. This is the third one I've purchased from Best Buy and will always buy from them. Samsung is the best appliance brand.

First one delivered dripped water a lot. Best buy sent a delivery person out to look at it and they said it wasn't damaged in delivery so that was all they could do. Called and BB brought out a new one. Water drips from dispenser again Looked on line and took top cover off door and pushed together the hose as stated. Drained a LOT of water out of unit to make sure no air trapped inside. It gave a couple good burps of air and I thought good, got it. Not so much. Still drips water when it is used. Not right away but after maybe half an hour or so. I see lots of the same complaint online. I guess Samsung needs to do something about a better water valve to end problem. I am going to call them but I don't think I should have to go through this problem Best Buy was pretty good about it but still slow and if you have to call the geek squad I feel sorry for you.

Very nice design. It looks great in my kitchen. Great amount of space.

Along with the new technologies comes practicality, our new Samsung fridge has all the space and compartments that accomodate to all of storage needs I’m really happy with it.

I love my new Samsung french door black stainless steel lower freezer refrigerator. Now i don't have to spend Hundreds of dollars for water and ice. I now have it a the tip of a finger. Loving it!

My new Samsung Refrigerator has lots of storage space in the upper French door refrigerated storage area and a Large Freezer double slide out drawer holds lots of frozen items.

Love my frige, we had to wait a while for it to arrive because of Hurricane María, but ir was worth it. It is a great frige, it works perfeclty, it barely sounds. The ice maker works perfeclty!

I was able to find a great deal on these Samsung stainless steel appliances. When I bought them as a package - I was able to get a free Samsung robot vacuum cleaner. My only complaint about the whole deal is that the appliances did not come with the tools needed for installation. For example, no mounting kit for the microwave, no plug for the stove, no line for the fridge. Therefore, an extra $50 had to be spent to get everything running.

We made a big jump getting this refrigerator. Previously, we had a side by side stainless with no water/ice maker in the door. So having the in-door ice machine and water dispenser is exciting to us. Jury is still out on the freezer being at the bottom and we are getting used to having to stack things. It does seem like we have a little less space as well, so for those who need as much space as possible, this is probably not the right fridge for you,

Got this on thanksgiving and was on sale. Good value for the price. Good sized ref. only con is the noise that ice maker gives out when cubes are dropped in the reervoir

Overall this fridge works really well for our family. It has lots of space and helps keep me organized. It is bigger than I anticipated but that's what you get for all the space.

Bought this for a renovation. I wanted a nice looking unit with all the functionality I could get for a reasonable price. This was the best combination price, looks, and functionality I could find.

Refrigerator very nicely laid out; would have had room for the 28 cu which was my only regret about this purchase. Temp reading on door great and like the large ice machine. Little tricky to pull out. Would recommend

It is a beautiful french door refrigerator. With sweet LED lighting. I love it truly. It has a small pantry which is REALLY great. Humidity control. Ice maker. Cold water. What else do you need? I always do COST vs BENEFIT analysis of something before buying it. This is a near PERFECT product with EXCELLENT pricing I do not know why people say stupid things like its noisy and blah blah. Best buy is the best place to buy :-) TRUST ME!

Purchased this fridge along with the rest of my kitchen appliances. Love the way Samsung appliance looked and got a good deal on them. Fridge looks really nice and very roomy on the inside. Love the LED lights.

Super spacious! Wasn’t thinking it would have this much room inside but it does! I’m love with the pantry drawer and the extra rolling rack in the freezer.

Excellent refrigerator. Replaced 12 year old Frigidaire side by side. Incredible amount of room both in the refrigerator and the freezer. Love the power freeze and power cool options. Caught it on sale and got a great price too!

This frog serves my purpose. The only complaint I have is that the ice maker is very slow.
