Great ice maker and cold water dispenser. Refrigerator is roomy and well designed.

Great refrigerator! Lots of space. Really like the fast cool/freeze option when adding just purchased groceries. Only thing I dislike is the shelf beneath the ice maker. Not very useful.

We replaced our 28 year old refrigerator with a new Samsung 24 cu. ft. refrigerator as part of a program from XCEL Energy to improve efficiency. The pricing from Best Buy was exceptional and the Energy Star rating for this unit was the best I could find. Compared to our old unit we should expect to see $230 per year savings on our electric bills with the new unit. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job setting it up and it is performing great. I especially like the ice and water dispenser in the door and the rack in the freezer that makes it easier to search for frozen goods.

SO OTHER FRIENDS AND I WHO HAVE THESE NEWER DESIGNED MODELS ALL HAVE THE SAME COMPLIANT THAT ITS ANNOYING TO SET UP AND ARRANGE THE SHELVING AND DOORS TO REALLY ACCOMADATE OUR ITEMS THROUGHOUT. I GUESS "LESS IS MORE" WOULD BE APPROPRIATE SINCE FOR US IT'S MORE ABOUT FITTING EVERYTHING IN A SIMPLE WAY WITHOUT ALL THE DIFFERENT SHELVES, ETC. KEEP IT SIMPLE SAMSUNG!

Fridge cools well. The integrated selectable cooling drawer is a significant improvement over the 3 front door models. It wastes less space resulting in more space for food, as well as being easier to remember to look at. My biggest criticism of the product is the water dispenser selector button. I personally prefer to have an additional paddle rather than have to press the button on the display for water or Ice.

After filtering 2 gallons of water and 2 buckets of ice the water and ice feature work. The refrigerator is on energy saving mode which is nice. Seems to be a quiet machine. We like it.

Good fridge for the price. Can be a little noisey at times.

Ice maker was not working when I received the refrigerator. A week later the Geek squad came to fix it. There were 5 major recalls on this model and repair guy did not have the parts. A week after that they came and hopefully fixed the refrigerator. It makes a lot of loud banging and hissing noises. I can not recommend this refrigerator even at the Black Friday prices.

Bought this Samsung refrigerator on clearance for around $1300 2 weeks ago to replace a 6 year old GE French Door refrigerator that just died. The refrigerator design and interior layout looks almost the same as my old GE refrigerator except for the water filter. The shelves are adjustable and easy to reconfigure to accommodate different sizes. It's been working well so far. The plastic parts are rather thin and flimsy especially the ice dispenser shaft which is now made of plastic instead of steel. After using the water dispenser, water continues to drip and a little puddle of water collects at the bottom of the dispenser which is what a few other reviewers mentioned. Perhaps the only solution is to leave your glass in the dispenser for 30 seconds after filling it with water. I do not highly recommend this product but for $1300, what do you expect? Even those that cost over $3000 do not last as long as the refrigerators made over 25 years ago.

I loved my new fridge. It's very spacious. Plenty of room in the freezer. With it being French door everything is at eye level. Love the water and ice on the door. Price was right.

Love the space and versatility of the fridge. Doors open nice and wide and it is well lit, the water and ice dispenser can be locked. The drawer freezer is much larger than I expected.

I had it for a month now and it is perfect for me. Good size for the price. I like the way how they designed the shelves so that I can fit taller bottles.

Got this on sale, very nice fingerprint proof finish, lots of storage space, i just now using it. Will tell you more after a few months of usage

This is a really nice refrigerator! Looks amazing with the black stainless steel. Love all the features. At first, I wasn't use to having a lower freezer and wasn't sure I would like it but discovered that I really do. The only thing that I'm having some minor issue with is the in door water dispenser. On occasion when switching over from ice to water, it doesn't seem to accept the change and continues with ice. I'm now thinking that it might be that I'm not fully disengaging the disburse leave. I need to learn to slow down.. I purchased this refrigerator just about three week ago and so far, I would highly recommend it but definitely wait for a sale!

Easy to access everything in the freezer and the adjustable shelves are awesome. Would have preferred a counter depth fridge but wanted the water and ice in the door along with the other features.

This fridge is not only a great price but a great buy for anyone. It has exceeded all of my expectations and would recommend this to anyone

This is a great refrigerator. It looks good and is very conveniently designed. It does make some odd noises occasion ately but they all do that.

I'm really happy with our purchase. This fridge has so much room and the extra drawer on the bottom is great. You can also see inside this drawer, so you know what you have instead of forgetting that something is there. I love the fact that you can put the milk in the door. It makes more room in the main area for more items. The ice maker and water is great too. My grandkids drink more water now. Lol I also like the pull out drawers in the freezer. You dont have to search through everything in the freezer to find something. Everything is split between these 2 drawers so things are easier to find.
