The Fridge is good quality and has lots of space for storage. have not had any issues with it so far after 2 weeks. Best buy service on the other hand was not good at all. The first delivery crew came and said the fridge would not fit. Then took over 3 weeks to get someone else to bring the fridge back and needless to say the fridge fit all along.

We chose this refrigerator because it was the best priced for the features we were looking for and for the reputation and quality of Samsung products. So far it has not disappointed us.

We weren't expecting to get this nice of a refrigerator at this price. It had a couple of very small dents ( have to look close to even see them) and it was open box which was okay with us.

Unfortunately we needed a new fridge after our LG needed a costly repair after two years. Went with this Samsung and it worked great for a while. After the 12 month factory warranty expired it’s been down hill from there. The drain whole needs to be unclogged monthly. If not the water will sit under the veggie tray then leak on to the floor. The ice machine gets jammed up every time it gets full. Ice always build up and causes it to shut down. Have to unplug for hours just to get the ice try out in order to defrost and unclog. I have been reading reviews from frustrated customers for over a year

This fridge had the look we wanted, and during Labor Day weekend, the price we needed. It is spacious, not too loud and resists smudges/handprints from ourselves and toddlers. We like it!

This is a great refrigerator and actually fits in our house that was built in the mid 80's with its tiny kitchen. It is attractive and keeps a nice constant temperature. Also, it is so quiet I cannot tell when it is running. Plus we purchased it on sale, which makes this one fantastic product. Now we'll see how long it lasts because the one that it replaced was a Kenmore that was still working fine and was purchased from Sears in 1996. We wanted to update to stainless from the beige color of our old refrigerator.

I am very happy with this refrigerator it was purchase on sale for $1599. It looks great and has plenty of room to hold all of my groceries. I highly recommend.

The fridge is very spacious and practical. We would prefer to have larger drawers for the vegetables, but overall, the space inside is large enough to organize our things.

I love my my new fridge, it's roomy, keeps everything cold & love my water & ice on the door. really love it, I always wanted one.

The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was this - on the outside door - the process to change from ice cubes, to ice chips to water requires pressing a certain space on the door that says ' ice type/water'. During the day this is not a problem. However, at dusk or at night without lights I can not see where to press without a flashlight or turning on the overhead light. This feature could be improved.

It's quiet, the price was excellent and it works like a dream. I couldn't be happier, it has exceeded my expectations. The water and ice tastes so good and is so handy, I'm very happy.

The refridgerator is huge, and has a lot of space inside, and looks great. I like it.

Went from all white to stainless black. Appliances look nice with my maple cabinets. Lots of room in the refrigerator. No complaints.

We've had our new refrigerator for just about a week now - we are loving it so far. VERY SPACIOUS! Runs a little louder than our last one but it's not too much of an annoyance.

My wife and I were looking for a new fridge and happened to come across this fridge at our local Best Buy as an "open box' special. It was exactly what we were looking for at almost half the price. All we could find wrong was one small dent in the door. And that's why it was returned. It happened during the original delivery. We had it for a while now and everything still works great. We keep it on level ground and have had no issues with freezing or leaking. A big shout out to our delivery guys. Very professional and explained everything about the fridge and how to operate it.
