really clean, crisp looking fridge. great price! Definitely one to look at.

So happy with this refrigerator. Ice maker is perfect no problems. Very spacious.

Fridge is nice and big but it isn't accommodating to taller items like juice or 2 liter containers. A lot of door space is taken up because of the run on for ice/water machine. It's sleek looking and really doesn't show fingerprints. Water dispenser lets out in a timely manner.

The size of this fridge is perfect right for us. It has been working great ever since. it's very quiet. We like it.

This fridge has been proven to withstand kids and has so far been really easy to keep clean

The only complaint I have with this fridge is that the water leaks and there is no removable catch for it. So there is a stain where the water comes out and unless you wipe it up daily it does not come out.

Definitely a step up from the old side by side. The room available is unreal in this fridge!

Very roomy and powerful compared to my old dinosaur aged fridge.

The freezer drawer dented within 6 weeks. About a month later a second dent appeared when no one was home at the house. I could have overlooked the first dent as an unseen accident but the second dent is absurd. We have had a fridge in the exact same spot for 10 years and never have dented an appliance. After my first round of Samsung support I was told I would need a service technician and to fill out a form on the website. After I filled out that form, I received an email stating I would need a service technician and to call an 800 number. When I called that number, support was hostile, rude, tried to give me a new 800 number to schedule. Technician is finally here today and is going to charge me $341 for a new front drawer. #neverbuySamsung I am so disappointed in the product and the service and support.

I bought this as an open box item and as you can suspect i was skeptical. I looked this item up online and read a few of the reviews. I decided to get it with the scratches and all along with a warranty and i couldn't be happier. The delivery was seamless with the techs treating it as a brand new refrigerator. After learning how to make the adjustments for temp i was good to go. I've always enjoyed best buy and this is another reason why

This fridge is great looking and keeps the beer super cold. Love the flip up and slide shelves for large items.

Part assembly was extremely easy and instructions on initial set up are very clear. New digital features can look intimidating with all of the different options but everything becomes second nature after a week or so. Also love how it beeps at me if the door isn't shut after so long (the fiance is notorious for accidentally leaving it open/not closing it shut all the way).

We got this to replace a fridge by another manufacturer that died young after several problems. This is our first Samsung refrigerator, but it seems to be pretty good. The water filter is easier to replace than the previous product. Needless to say, we got the extended warranty.

This is a great fridge. Very sleek and pretty. The price is great for what i was looking for and needed.

Nice fridge. My only complaint is that sometimes ice falls out when you open the left door of the fridge.
