About a day after delivery and set up I noticed the fridge was not cooling things properly and the temp stayed around 58 degrees. I used a good thermometer to check both freezer and fridge temp. Freezer was fine but the fridge would just not cool properly. I tried unplugging it to reboot but it didn't help. Called Best Buy for an exchange and they didn't even ask what the problem was. Was able to get a new unit in about a week and a half since they ran into trouble ordering the fridge. I've had the fridge for about 2 months now and haven't had any problems. It stays at a consistent temp and the door panel readout is exact. The door ice maker does throw the ice around but I've learned to cup my hand around the glass to eliminate much of that. The ice maker is a bit noisy but I'm getting used to it. I just hope it's working well for another 10-15 years like my old one.

Pro: -interior not too deep, good for organization and reaching. -spacious/roomy -stylish -has wheels, easy to relocate -beeps if left open, like th annoying seatbelt but for good cause Con: -ice maker makes too much apparent noises -crusted ice sometime comes out as cubes. I didnt have much problem with it beside the icemaker. Previous fridges I had was easy to remove tray and empty ice at ease but this one looks sophisticated so I havent bother. As long as I get the ice before the beverage, it would not make such a splash. The drop is rather steep.

I bought this fridge to replace my old Kenmore after the electrical panel went out and cost more to replace than the fridge was worth. I don't regret that decision at all. Tons of space, adjustable shelving, and a beautiful sleek look. It looks great in my kitchen and matches everything else with the stainless steel look. So far, so good.

I had some issues with Best Buy actually actually getting this fridge but after long last it arrived. This will be about my actual refridgerator and not best buy itself who were subpar to say the least. I am very happy with my purchase. I have tons of space. I never have an issue with finding places to put stuff. The freezer seems like an endless hole which i'm happy about. We fit a whole turkey in there with plenty of room to spare. Everyone that has seen it has given me compliments. My main reason for buying a new fridge was the ice maker. I love it. After comparing mine to other refridgerators there is no substitute. I got the best fridge for the best price!

We've only had it for about a week, but LOVE the color and functionality of this product and set. In darker light it looks more black, but in lighter room it looks more gray or charcoal. Great shine and color. Cools nice and fast. Lots of storage in top and bottom. Only thing to get used to is not as much door storage as our old fridge, but that isn't a knock on the fridge.

Fridge is roomy and can fit a lot of stuff. The ice maker seem that it thaws and build a big block of ice over time. Not sure why. Maybe there is a reset. Would be a 5 if the ice maker was working better.

Good frig. has a lot of room we like the French doors as it gives more room to store large things such as a pizza where a side by side is too narrow also the shelves flip up for taller items. Don't like the controls for the water and ice as they are hard to see especially at night. A lot of room for the bottom freezer with a split level storage racks that slide for easy use. The bottom freezer puts all of the racks for the frig. at a higher level which makes it easier to use without having to bend over to use the bottom of the frig. You will have to bend over to use freezer but we don't get into the freezer as often as the frig.

Great for the price makes a creaking noise In the freezer part not sure why and also got delivered with a small dent in the front but overall good purchase very spacious

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase this product, but I'm glad I did. A lot of people complaied about the noise, which I have not experienced. It's spacious and beautiful. I have no regrets. I also read about issues with the water constantly dripping.To solve that issue drain at least a gallon of water to clear the air from the line.

This is a really good refrigerator and looks very nice in any kitchen. The refrigerator is very quiet. The in-the-door water dispenser and ice maker also work really well. I have no complaints. The flip up shelf and the shelf that slides underneath is really great to adjust for bigger items.

This Samsung refrigerator is modern with French Doors and the bonus of a reasonably sized ice-maker for families that like iced beverages. It also fits well into the cabinetry of a standard kitchen, without sticking out too far. It is attractive and very quiet, an important feature for us. Also, Best Buy staff were very helpful and cordial throughout the transaction.

I previously had this same refrigerator in white at my last home. When I moved into this one I knew that I had to purchase another one, couldn't live without it!! Great storage, easy to access everything that you need, the freezer on the bottom very spacious. Only thing is ice maker is loud, sounds like someone is bowling in there.

I always thought I wanted a side by side refrigerator until I got one. So when it was time to replace it is wanted to make sure I got it right. This French Door is the best of both worlds. The draws roll smoothly and it is spacious. Only problem I have is I'm short and reaching the stuff on the top shelf in the back is sometimes challenging. The shelf distribution could be better, but it's not bad. Several peoe had written about it being loud but I have not found that. Except of course when the ice drops. But that is gravity not the refrigerator's fault. The external measurements are very true. Make sure you have enough space. We barely made it...but I'm super happy we did. Had it about a month and so far quite happy with it

This is a very roomy refrigerator with a fairly easy to access bottom freezer. The shelves are very adjustable in most any configuration you might want. Filter for water and ice very easily accessible.

The refrigerator is nice looking, it could use a fitted rubber mat or something that can be cleaned aside the plastic painted liner in the door beneath the water/ice dispenser. I have to agree with folks that have called out the loudness of the compressor upon starting, it wouldn't be the best to have against a wall next to a bedroom. The ice maker does take up a lot of space in the refrigerator section. The lighting is wonderful inside and the maneuverability of shelving is very nice. The deli drawer has various settings which makes it nice. The freezer also well lit is roomy and I like the handle that not only pulls out but also up.. nice inclusion. I like it, I don't love it. I would have gone with a another brand if I was not in a hurry to get it ordered. Remember, delivery DOES NOT include set up or hook up. If you have water, gas lines for appliances. I would suggest in the heat of replacing all your appliances to pay for installation which is negligible when you consider the cost of purchasing it as a four pc appliance suite. As the old ones were being taken to the garage or removed.. they will not wait and you're left to hook up lines, position and level your new purchase. The guys were nice, though were on a schedule. I take the blame for not having looked into the difference. I have a house full of Samsung electronics and love them. It might have been too soon to purchase appliances. I went for look, price and Samsung quality. "Lifes Good" seems appealing after two months with Samsung Appliances.

Overall, I am very happy with the this refrigerator. The look and features are great. Very spacious and shelves are very customizable. It is a little louder than I expected but no where near as loud as my 28 year old unit it replaced.

Had a cabinet depth Amana, and replaced it with a standard depth French Door. Went to Lowes and wife chose Samsung over Kitchenaid or LG. Price was acceptably discounted but I wanted to go to Best Buy to compare. We saved a whopping $300 from the discounted Lowes price and $700 from MSRP. As for the refrigerator is is great! Two compressors seems much more logical than one compressor cooling both. Extremely quiet and never seems to be running. LED lighting is very cool. ONLY COMPLAINT.....after 3 weeks we are still trying to get used to having it stick OUT from the cabinet. Small price we think for 6 more cubic feet and all the newer features. PS: Delivery was on-time and extremely quick, courteous and complete. WOW.

Very spacious fridge!!! I like being able to put big bowls of pasta salad in the fridge. Keeps the food nice and cold. It is not noisy except when the ice falls,but I am sure that it is that way with most fridges. I like the option of being able to have crushed ice or regular cubed ice. The freezer is a good size. I wasn't sure if I would like the bottom freezer because it kind of reminds me of a chest freezer where you have to take everything out to get to the bottom. I think they try to solve this problem by making the pull out drawers. Cons are that to get to the dairy drawer you have to open both doors and the door open alarm is not very loud at all you have to almost be in the same room to hear it.I like the stainless steel look, but gosh it needs to be wiped down constantly from hand prints and my dogs nose prints. I did purchase the affresh cleaner with the fridge, but I feel like it leaves a residue on the fridge so I only use it sparingly now.

We’ve had this refrigerator a couple months shy of 2 years. It came damaged but Best Buy was amazing at getting us an exchange. The ice maker/water system is flawed at best. A while after we get ice, it’s like a cube must get stuck because it will start dripping water that ends up running onto the floor. The water coming out is so slow that it takes a decent amount of time to fill a glass. We just stopped using this part of the refrigerator. Also, it dents SO EASILY. The Whirlpool we had for TEN years before never got a dent but this one has three very noticeable ones on the front. I would NEVER buy this again. I wish we would have returned it but we didn’t because we had bought the matching stove and microwave & I didn’t want to mess up my set. Pros- before the noticeable dents, it is a great looking unit! I loved the finish. The inside does a perfect job of keeping cool. Both sections are very spacious.

Beautiful refrigerator and love the handiness of everything. We have found that the ice maker takes up a lot of room within the refrigerator but saw that in most makes. Our ice maker started acting up after about two years. It freezes up and then stops providing ice cubes. Not cool since we use this feature constantly! Found out that the extended warranty maybe doesn't cover this - but wasn't much good as they weren't paying their bills. Luckily for us, Samsung backed the product and are paying for the repairs. (WAY TO GO SAMSUNG!)
