I love everything about my new refrigerator. There is hardly any upkeep to the stainless steel because it doesn't show fingerprints. I love the price also.

So far so good! The fridge is gorgeous and is exactly as shown. The black stainless steel looks like it will hold up well. Everything is staying cold like it should.

Purchased this fridge to match my new stove. Very happy with the fridge. Runs quiet. Love the through the door ice and water. The full size pull out drawer is great. Lighting is bright and love the freezer light. Unfortunately the fridge came damaged (3 dents). New one is being delivered tomorrow.

We had purchased this brand two years ago and lost it in the recent flood. This purchase was a replacement because we were very happy with our previous product.

This refrigerator, after replacement was received, is working extreme!y well. makes ice relatively quietly and keeps constant temps. Pleased. Side shelves are not deep enough to be efficiently used but overall good product.

Refrigerator is just what I wanted. Delivery has been an issue, 1st one damaged. 2nd one damaged as well. Waiting on a third attempt to get it here safely.

I like everything the people in the store the sales lady the product the only thing I don,t care for your delivery people they were very rude uncooperative they could roan the reputation of good establishment like yours

I wish it had some more smart home features. The lower drawer handle mechanism worries me since it is mechanical. Hoping wear and tear doesn’t cause issues

Nice big fridge..love the extra room on both doors. The pull out freezer stores all my frozen food and I can easily find anything. The ice maker is a little small for us since we use a lot of ice, but I ordered the ice bin and fill it up every few days and it works great.

Great Refrigerator but struggling with cleaning under Certain shelves. Also some of the Door shelves breaking.

So far so good with our new refrigerator. Purchased on 11/5/19 and from the purchase date to the delivery everything went smooth.

I had a similar Samsung refrigerator at our old home, so I wanted the same one when we moved to TN. Didn't make that model anymore, so we got the next size up. I love the bigger size, the water/ice in door and the fast cool/freeze options that are available on this model. It has plenty of room for food, and the adjustable shelves mean anything can fit. They've made great improvements in the utility of the freezer space and I love this model even more than the old one.

We love everything about this fridge! The doors can both be opened in one moment and the water unit is ideal for not having a Brita sitting on your counter. The bottom storage is very handy and the black stainless steel does not get finger prints! high ranked!

This works very well, but the shelf configuration is not the best. There is not much room to store large containers or pitchers,

Love the fridge. It's exactly as advertised. Our 1st one came dead on arrival but Best Buy gave us a loaner and a week later replaced it for us. Great customer service.

Needed a new refrigerator for our new house & this is what the wife liked because of the frezzer on the bottom. No more hunting in the vast trundra (thats what wife calls it) for something way in the back. Now she can just pull out the drawer, the light comes on & she can see everything right in front of her.It has a quick freeze mode & great temp control. I like the ice & water despenser in the door. Plenty of room inside the fridge section as the shelves are adjustable. Just wish it had a bit more storage space on the doors. Overall we are satisfied with this unit. Delivery schedule was right on time.

After 23 years with my old refrig I felt I was probably pressing my luck and decided to up grade to black stainless...love it. Especially love that I have more refrig space than my old side by side, even though there is less freezer space, it is adequate for my current needs.

So far have loved this purchase. Like most, wasn't in market for new fridge until old one went out. Got this at Black Friday prices and so far love it. Wide and deep with shelving options that allow for taller items. Great door space and love the freezer and chiller options.

We love the french doors, large bottom freezer, and the filtered water/ice. Display is clear and easy to understand. A couple of shelves either retract or fold up to accommodate taller items. Brightly lit inside. Quiet for the most part. Ice making can be a bit noisy, but easy to get used to.

We got this fridge as an open box item. Delivery was done within 2days and the crew was carefully taking doors of the fridge to get it into my house and assembled it back together well. Magnets stick to the front of the fridge. Light is great and love the extra tall water fill station
