Great refrigerator with nice options and is a great for a family of four or smaller.

This refrigerator is sturdy and well constructed compared to others ... parts, draws, shelves, etc. don't feel flimsy. Last unit we bought (same model) ... it turned out to be a lemon because of internal circuitry and other electronic component issues and we had to fight with Samsung for 2.5 years to get our money back. Supposedly they've fixed the issues so hopefully this time the inside quality is as good as the external quality.

The only hitch was I had to provide my own water line. The one purchased was too short. Other than that pretty happy with purchase. This is my first french door/stainless refrigerator and still getting used to it (had a side by side before). Only issue is fingerprints, but I knew about that before I purchased.

Refrigerator is very high tech but you wouldn't know it. The features from the warnings to the ice maker are all well thought of. I love the additional compartment. The depth of refrigerator makes up for the narrowness and gives you that must have added storage space. It was a perfect choice for us as the doors open up against a main kitchen wall. Other wider refrigerators wouldn't be able to open correctly. Would recommend it to anyone.

The freezer has way more space than you would think. Also Crushed ice is great.

Looks great, flex draw got stuck because of poor installation. Love my refrigerator!!!

I love the Samsung French Door Refrigerator that I purchased. No longer do we have frozen foods falling on our heads when we opened the side-by-side unit we previously owned. The old fridge would frost my salad greens, fruit, etc., because of its cooling design. Now, I have not had any problem with those foods going bad through being too cold. The pullout FlexZone drawer is great for keeping snacks without opening the entire refrigerator.

Extremely functional, give me plenty of customizing options. There's plenty of room to fit groceries.

Love this fridge. Storage is perfect. One issue I have right now is the Freezer handle keeps coming off. Due to COVID 19 I have not been able to return to the store to see how I can resolve the issue. Stay contained and safe everyone.

This refrigerator looks awesome and performs awesome!!! Everyone that sees it comments on how great it looks!!! Also, the sales price was unbeatable!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Pros: I did not know I would, but I love the middle pull out drawer. I put all the cheeses and salsas - things we grab more often in there. Organizes it well and we do not have to open the whole fridge as often. Nice that one of the shelves slides back to make more room for taller items. Like the french doors. This way we do not have to open the whole fridge to get one thing out Extra slider shelf in freezer is handy for more used items or in our case meat so the vegetarians do not have the meat right in the main section Cons: Veggie drawers are way too small Not enough space for taller items and condiments There is way too much plastic wrap on fridge! Install technicians left little pieces all over so I am slowly pulling the pieces out.

I purchased the entire Samsung black stainless kitchen suite. When the refrigerator was installed, it leaked at the water outlet on the door. Best Buy immediately offered to order me a new one. I decided to go to the next size up. It was delivered 2 days ago and so far I love it.

Plenty of room inside.. easy to program and very quiet operation
