It fit perfectly into our space. The color is so much nicer in person. The door does not get as cold as I thought it would, but still worth the price!

Initially I liked this fridge especially with the showcase door feature. In actuality, the feature ended up being flawed. It doesn't stick to the door like it's supposed to when clicked back in so had to manually push back into door. Ended up exchanging for the regular version without the showcase door.

This refrigerator joined our kitchen team and we love it as it helps us to keep our food from being perishable. The price is reasonable too.

I love Samsung products. Every appliance in my house is a Samsung product, however, this fridge has been the absolute worst. We purchased it new and have to return because the freezer side would not cool. The 2nd delivery, the driver had to return himself because he saw that the fridge was defective. So the 3rd fridge, the one we have is just not great. It constantly leaks, randomly spits out ice cubes, and it just doesn't measure up to the quality of Samsung products that we're use to. Worst purchase ever. It functions like a cheap fridge. Looks nice, but that's the extent of it. Would not recommend.

Love the fridge, but it was a pain to get in our home, standard door size and we had to dismantle the fridge

It's an alright machine. Works well and very low noise level. water doesn't get very cold though.

Lives up to the Samsung name. My only disappoint is that the controls are a little hard to see.

We purchased this refrigerator in August of 2018. According to the product description the showcase door is designed for storage of drinks such as milk and juices. Immediately after receiving the unit we noticed that the milk stored in the showcase section was going sour long before the expiration date. We placed a refrigerator thermometers in the back of the unit and another one in the showcase area and determined that there was a 10 degree temperature difference. Samsung sent technicians to address the problem. Each time the technician spent less than 10 minutes, visually inspected the unit and left without diagnosing or fixing the problem. It turns out that Samsung uses Service Quick, a third party repair company with terrible reputation and a one star rating. After being unable to fix the problem for nearly a year Samsung authorized Best Buy to replace our refrigerator. We have had the new unit for 4 months and so far it seems to be working fine.

Great fridge but the shelf customization is lacking. The doors only have theoption to remove storge, not move or adjust.

We were between this and the French door. I am glad we picked this one. Easier and cleaner organization on the freezer side! Everyone that has seen it and has the French door love the looks and room.

Called Samsung told them I had issues and they have not yet resolved the problem

we haven't had a chance to use it as it was slightly damaged when we received it but Best Buy was amazing about replacing it very quickly. its a perfect refrigerator for optimal usage.

This product has a problem with the water dispenser as it's to small and the pressure splash water like crazy, also to dispense ice it takes for ever to start dropping the ice cubes also the ice crusher sometimes works and sometimes doesn't , just sounds with a laud noise and the ice doesn't get crushed

Have had this fridge for a couple of years now. Have enjoyed it so far with no issues.

We are really enjoying this new fridge. It works greats and guess what, NO MORE SPOILED FOOD. The only complaint is that occasionally the door-in-door does not latch properly.

Everything was great on this item, except for the warped door frame. This is what caused a air leak in my freezer and frosted up all around the leak. nothing would fix it and I read up on it and found that this was a very common problem with this model. Returned it and got an LG

The fridge works fine (It is very deep - measure your space before buying), but I would not purchase an appliance from best buy again. Figuring out how to hook up the fridge to a waterline was a nightmare. I had another fridge installed by another company - for them, running a 30 foot copper water line took 20 minutes. With best buy, unless the water line was 12 inches behind the fridge they didn't know how to handle it. They used the wrong tools to drill through my floor, didn't know which valves to turn to turn off the water, and then wanted me to purchase nine separate 6' water installation kit tubes instead of using the copper line that was already there. Plus, I still have not received any information about the 5 year warranty I purchased. On the plus side, the people who installed were very nice. My guess is Best Buy doesn't pay for real plumbers to do the job, just two very nice guys who don't have training to handle anything besides connecting the fridge to a preexisting connection. Not worth the $140 it cost for "installation".

Good fridge clean look make ice pretty fast and the freezer well lets kust say that y might wanna leave what ever ur gonna use use over night to defrost

I love it...the only thing is that it doesn't measure your water, my old one did.
