    Fridge is great, installation was fairly simply. Need to figure out why the freezer door doesn't shut all the way sometimes, though.

    I didn't think I would use the outer door at all but it's kind of "cool". The items stay cool. Door chimes when it's open to long. Love it.

    If I could have marked -0- stars I would have. From the first day that we got our Samsung Refrigerator it has been nothing but trouble. It did no good at all to purchase the three year protection plan from Best Buy. They show up to check it out and just keep ordering parts. With all of the issues that it had and STILL has, we should have received a replacement like the warranty states. Big joke for sure. It still makes a horrible noise, just like from the beginning. Will never buy a Samsung appliance, nor a Best Buy warranty again!!

    Based on the online reviews this one sounded very promising and we do own other Samsung products that we've been happy with. Not with this fridge though. First off, the water dispenser would not dispense any water nor would make any ice. Then the door open alarm was beeping day and night even though the door was closed. The freezer light wouldn't come on occasionally. On top of all this Samsung customer service did nothing to help resolve any of these issues. So we sent it back and got a Maytag. I do not recommend this or other Samsung fridges. Do a search online and read all the other issues people had with these.

    The ice machine is loud. The shelving is very very limited on adjustments. If you plan on putting milk or anything on the shelf, plan on losing an entire shelf. On a positive note. It functions very well. Just not practical.
