At one point my order was said to be cancelled, after waiting two months for it. The refrigerator is good just not a great experience with Best buy

This refrigerator is designed perfectly. The only thing that it lacks is an enclosed butter bin.

This was an emergency purchase. Our fridge died and we needed one in a hurry and there wasn't much in stock anywhere. Love the third drawer -- don't have to open the fridge to get things we reach for often. Shelves inside do not accommodate tall items. One shelf can be lifted and one slides back to hold taller items but you lose shelf space when you use them. The ice receptacle in the door takes up way too much space but ice is made quickly and often. Overall we are happy with this fridge but if more were available we might have made a different choice.

I think the fridge is very good. I love the Black Stainless steel and how you are able to control the temperature. I love the flex duo door as well as it does come in handy.

Nice Product. Samsung does a nice job on this one!! Lots of food storage space. Love the bottom drawers. We use the cold one for cold drinks. Then the one in the freezer for small items. Lots of freezer space as well.

It's lived up to all the great reviews. Ice is a bit slow dispensing compared to our old Frigidaire.

We read a lot of reviews on Samsung refridgerators. Some good, some not. We chose this one for the look and amount of space. It's wonderful...very quiet, super functional. My favorite thing so far, is the extra door for drinks or deli items...highly recommend

This stainless refrigerator is a great refrigerator for the price. It is setup so all of your food is easy to access and it gives you the ability to adjust the shelves for different shaped products. It makes ice very fast and the water is always cold when dispensed.

This was not the refrigerator i wanted but because of my space i had to get this 1 it's ok. My delivery guys wasn't so good at ALL

Beautiful refrigerator. Works well, absolutely quiet. I love the exterior drawer. The only feature I am not totally happy with is the ice maker. I prefer the door mounted version. It frees up more shelf space. With that said the ice maker in this model is pretty compact

The fridge is great. I gave 4 stars because I wish there was a little more storage on the fridge door. I love the water and ice on the door to save space in the freezer.
