This Refrig has many positives: like this particular in the door water/ice dispenser. No drips:-). LOVE being able to open either door individually. Feel as if we're saving energy. A family member accidentally didn't close the door & the Alarm worked well as a reminder. The drawer offers a nice area for specialty items. Like the options it provides! OVERALL, an EXCELLENT PRODUCT for us!!! Suze

Would have been very helpful if dimensions were exactly as stated. Without the doors, measurements didn't include length of inside sliders. It wouldn't go through our door.

While this isn’t the largest refrigeratator out there, the way its designed more than makes up for lost cubic ft. I have a family of 4 and we have yet to run out of storage space. Everything works as advertised I’ve also noticed there is no freezer ice build up or any sweating in the fruit storage area. Overall great buy. The only negative is that the ice maker is a little loud and so are the mechanics in the back.

I love the options with the two doors and the freezer on the bottom and the extra drawer .

It's spacious, keeps food at right temperature. I like the ice maker on the door, and it looks nice in my kitchen.

Right after the refrigerator was delivered and my contractor installed it, I noticed the rubber gasket around the ice maker (inside door) was all messed up. I did call and have a service tech replace it. I love the black stainless steel, the extra door for cheese, lunch meats, etc. and the look of the refrigerator. So far, so good.

Very pleased with the refrigerator. Very roomy and it keeps everything nice and cold and the vegetables are crisp.

Had this now for a few months and it works well. The middle drawer works well for kid snacks.

Runs quiet; plenty of space; easy to clean; after 2 months no complaints so far!

This is the 2nd refrigerator I've owned of the same exact model. The first one I had for almost 2 years. Refrigerator works well. The unit is quiet and works as expected. The only problem I have is with the ice maker. Samsung has some design flaws with this unit. The ice marker is in the refrigerator part. It's not sealed well and the ice maker regularly freezes up. The first unit I had would freeze up every 1-2 weeks. You would have to get in there with a hair dryer and defrost the whole thing. It would then work for a little while. My last unit I bought through Lowe's and had an extended warranty. I had it serviced and they sealed up the ice maker and in the process of replacing the ice maker they broke the cooling system and bricked the refrigerator. I ended up getting a replacement. Less than 30 days after getting the new one the ice maker stopped working. Geek Squad came buy and sealed up the ice maker compartment and replaced the ice maker. It's been working a lot better but I still have been seeing some ice buildup where there should be no ice. I already had to go in there once and chip away some of the ice. I expect that I will most likely be needing to make a second call to Geek Squad. Despite possibly needing to have a second call to Geek Squad, I felt like they did a good job in quickly shipping me the parts and having a tech come onsite that really knew his stuff. So overall I would not recommend this unit because of the ice maker problems. If you live in the Artic and hate ice then this is the unit for you

Wish I had room for bigger sized frig, This one has a flex drawer which is my favorite feature.

love having all the drawers and doors. shefle choices are great. looks great in are kitchen.

Really like this fridge. Even though it was a little smaller than our original fridge, with the draws and french doors, it works out well. Would have liked to see the shelves in the door have more height adjustment selections. Some of our tall bottles, we have to lay in the fridge due to limited height adjustment. Wasn't sure if we would have enough freezer space going to the pull out drawer, but it works well for us. We do a lot of shopping at Sam's Club.
