I love the fridge.. great product by samsung. My only complaint is that having shelves in the freezer would be nice. It's hard to get to things at the bottom of the freezer and I feel like stuff will get buried and forgotten aboit

Overall, this is a great fridge, but I just had to schedule service the SECOND time to repair the icemaker. The ice maker compartment constantly builds up ice until it stops working. I can't even remove the compartment this time because it's totally frozen shut. I really hope the second repair does the trick. Even when it's working, the cubed ice often comes out crushed, and the cubes are always white and cloudy (which bothers me as a cocktail enthusiast). It's a nice fridge, it well designed, but the ice maker problems are a deal breaker for me. Don't risk it.

I love my 4-door Refrigerator but the Ice and water part is not so good. I am on my second Refrigerator because of the Ice and water. They could not fix it.I am hoping this one is better.I have tallied to friends who have had the same problems but with different Brands.So it is not justSamsung.Best Buy was very good about standing behind their products.

Ice machine failed to give ice, fixed in 2 occasions, problem still coming up and very difficult to schedule appointment with geek squad.

I did alot of research before getting this refrigerator. It has many extras for the money. It has great lighting, the water and ice dispenser is perfect. We can adjust the temperature on the door. The second door above the freezer can be adjusted to just about any temperature depending on what is being put in there. It's a great deal.

This is a fantastic refrigerator. The middle drawer can be set to whatever temperature you need. It's deep enough to put platters in it, and the doors are sturdy enough to hold heavy pitchers and drinks. The freezer section has a couple of shelves so you can keep things organized. Glad we bought it!

This Samsung model is large and holds vrious size containers!

This wasn't my first choice but after getting it and using it I have found out I love it! I love all the refrigerator space it has and especially the dual temp drawer. The only thing that I wish was different would be a larger capacity container for ice. But the ice makes fairly quick so it hasn't been an issue.

This is a beautiful refrigerator that can fit into a narrow (33-inch) space. It has nice layout, convenient flex zone drawer, and a lot more. Some shelves on the door are on the small side, but overall it's a nice refrigerator.

This was the only refrigerator available in the size we needed with the options my wife wanted. It's a nice refrigerator but kind of miss being able to put the milk in the door like my old one

We recently bought a home and wanted to replace the old fridge that was left behind. After doing our research we found that Samsung was not only popular but also very reliable. Our washer and dryer are also Samsung and we've been pretty happy with them. I'm happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Great fridge fits very nicely in our kitchen. Illiberal the mixed use drawer. Just wish the divider would lock into place. Super bright LED lights and can fit a lot of stuff. It is a little stingy when dispensing ice. The crushed ice feature is a joke.

We have only had this refrigerator for about a month so it's still early, but it is a beautiful looking appliance and to this point we have had zero issues, it cooled off quickly after we hooked it up, it is very well Lit with LED's. so far we are very pleased, Samsung seems to be the current leader in the appliance industry.

Biggest mistake I've every made in an appliance. I gave it one star, only because I couldn't rate it lower. The refrigerator works great and I love the third drawer for bottled water, beer, and soda. However the ice maker is worse than useless. It has constantly frozen up and even when it worked, it never made sufficient ice. I've resorted to buying bagged ice and putting it in the freezer drawer and am ready to donate the refrigerator, just to get it out of the house so I can buy something that makes ice. Strong recommendation -- buy something else.

Haven’t had it very long but so far everything is perfect. Nice spacing inside for our need. Cooling perfect. Love the 4-door refrigerator. Love that I don’t have to open everything just to get something to drink or sandwich meat. Overall a great investment so far.
