The Samsung fridge makes the kitchen pop. Love it.

Purchased this fridge November 2019. Since then I have had a repair call from Samsung several times. Apparently there is a class action suit regarding the ice maker freezing. If I had known this I would have purchased a different brand. For the price you expect a refrigerator that is going to last! Love the look and the size is perfect. Hopefully they figure this out and fix the issue sooner rather than later.

So far so good. We had terrible luck with the last Samdung Refrigerator freezer. It became unfixable. The replacement is much better so far in that at least the icemaker is adequate if very slow.

We bought a similar Samsung frig for our winter home in Utah and knew we wanted the same thing for our Minnesota house. Delighted with the functioning, space utilization and most especially the extra pull-out drawer. It's perfect for storing deli items and leftovers.

Like the ability to set different departments at varied temperatures, Especially ability to set middle drawer as additional freezer space. Foods easily accessible.

Never again will I buy anything from Samsung. This refrigerator broke in less than a year. When I called for warranty service the warranty rep had the audacity to say that I broke the refrigerator. There is a handle on the freezer drawer that locks the drawer in place. It froze in the upright unlocked position. They told me that it broke from misuse. There is also no way to remove said drawer. So if something falls behind the drawer you need to become a contortionist to retrieve said item. I called Samsung several times to dispute the decision, asked to speak to a manager, they refused to forward me to a manager. They gave me a ticket number and said someone would call me back. No one ever called back. I was told that I wanted it fixed it would be $380 for a new drawer plus labor. I bought a child lock instead.

I have three samsung tvs, phones, and this just adds on to the loyalty. This fridge is fast at ice making and has many extras like the center drawer. You can adjust the temperature settings for wine, meat, deli, etc. Additionally, it makes the kitchen look very modern.

Other than not coming in finger print resistant, which would make this the best refrigerator ever for smaller spaces. The doors can open either side. The freezer is plenty big, and the ice works fantastic. Great pick on my part.

I couldn’t believe that my Samsung Refrigerator is even better than the picture! How deep the inside is and all the room in each freezer compartments. I am totally satisfied with this purchase!

I use my refrigerator a lot for beverages and enjoy having them good and cold and this drawer is perfect for this. The sliding divider holds items in place. The small basket along the freezer drawer is perfect for freezies for my lunch. The water & ice maker work great.

I looked at Best Buy and Home Depot. The prices were identical (w/in $1).I bought from BB because HD kept jerking me around on delivery!!! BB delivered on Saturday July 12 (exactly 1 week after order!!!

Great fridge and has a nice display with temperature and warnings. I guess it seems a bit too compartmentalized but that could be me. I'm used to an older more open fridge. We really enjoy this one.

Was very happy to find this Fridge - i was limited in the total width and height and was looking for something different from my previous model, side by side. This one was looking great and even though i had to cut the cabinet to fit this Fridge, i bought it and very happy with it.

Overall, a great fridge for the price. The next lowest price anywhere else was $700 more. There were issues with installation but the Best Buy associates followed up after the fact and made everything right. Great customer service!

This refrigerator is a fine addition to my kitchen. Lots of storage. Love the pull out drawer so you don’t have to open the big doors door a drink or lunch meat/cheese. Freezer is large with pull out drawer. Love the black stainless finish.

Have had for a few months now and is working great. Like the ease of changing water filter without pulling out from wall. Just open door and water filter is there to change. Like the way temperature is shown for freezer and food compartment when door is closed or opened.

The pull out refrigerator drawer is great for quick access to drinks. No fingerprints is great. Shelves could be a little sturdier, but we have not had any issues.

Got an amazing deal (thank BB) and we couldn't be happier with this fridge. Love that the drawer can be sent to a different temp than the main fridge, the folding shelves are awesome. Perfect for a small family for sure.

Love unit but have to play around with my items inside

Great features. Wish i could just open the ice cube container. Had a shelf break and was able to have it replaces in a timely fashion!
