The delivery guys this time were very professional, polite, prompt, and careful with the refrigerator. The refrigerator is in very good shape this time.

It is a little deeper than we expected, and the ice machine is noisy, but overall it is a great product.

Our only complaint is our middle door sticks already when we shut it, we have to pull the drawer out all the way to shut it. Other than that the fridge is awesome

This is the second Samsung refrigerator we have purchased from Best Buy. Refrigerator looks great and multi-drawers provide extra efficiency. Delivery and set-up were professional and timely--highly recommend this appliance!

Our side by side refrigerator died a few days before Thanksgiving. We have a small space and this unit gives a much better use of space. Working great so far.

I was in need of a refrigerator in a hurry. I jumped online and started reading reviews on refrigerators that fit the space availble. Found this one, crossed my fingers and bought. I couldn't be happier. The middle drink drawer is awesome.

Always hated side by side refrigerators and thought the french door would be better. We opted for the one with the drawer and are still getting used to arranging items to be in order and handy. I think we're getting better at it, and do love it.

Bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago. It has been working well for the most part. Extremely happy with it. Does what it needs it to do.

We bought this to replace an aging refrigerator in a new house. The easy access to lunchmeat in the third drawer and seamless controls, along with the added freezer drawer internally make this a good choice.

We were skeptical about the lower freezer since we always had side by side versions. It is really nice. and the in between drawer for lunch meat is quite nice. We have the Matte black version as well... really sharp!

Love this refrigerator! Had a small, compact space but I wanted a really modern fridge with all the bells and whistles! This one fit the bill....fit into my compact space and looks amazing!

Nice appearance but reviews are right about the ice maker. If you want cubed ice, better expect some crushed.

This is my second Samsung 33" wide fridge due to the space allowable in my new home. First one worked great and I adore the black stainless, smudge-proof finish on my new one. The LED lighting is awesome.

I love our new refrigerator. I switched from a side by side to this 4-door Flex and really like it. The flex door is especially useful. I like the extra slide out drawer in the freezer as well.

This refrigerator replaces our 10 year LG model with a similar french door design. Overall the exterior of the refrigerator is nice and operates fine, but I am very frustrated with the inside layout. Glass shelves have very few options to adjust height making it difficult to place tall bottles or even a gallon of milk. I was limited with our refrigerator choices due to the kitchen design we have.

Fridge looks beautiful in my kitchen, is well lit, has plenty space and the middle drawer that can double as a freezer or fridge is a great option. The ice dropping can be a little loud but otherwise I am very happy with this product.

Beautifully appropriated! So easy to get to everything. Middle snack drawer! It keeps your beverages handy and nice and cold. So glad I did my research and found this amazing refrigerator!

Fridge is great! Everything I expected from Samsung. Delivery team left traces of plastic on the fridge that I still can't get off a month later.

Luv my new frig!! It's perfect!! Was delivered on time and I was walked through everything I needed to know about this appliance. Even received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was working properly.
