I love this refrigerator. It accommodate all my needs.

Fridge was working properly for 3 months and then freezer stopped. Called Geek squad, no help as they can't touch closed systems. Called Samsung as it is under manufacturers warranty. now been over a week without a freezer and now another week to get parts and a certified Samsung tech to replace parts and fix. This will make the third and hopefully final visit from someone to fix the thing. meh..

Fits our space and is very efficient. No blemishes.

Purchasing this refrigerator has been a major disappointment. It takes a lot of room to get the doors fully opened (yes, I measured and it should have fit fine) The shelves are awkward to use, it doesn't hold nearly as much as I need it to and I don't have a large family. I don't care for the French doors nor do I find the drawer helpful. And, finally, it is difficult to keep clean. Wish I had something positive to say.

I have had repair people out FIVE times ... it still leaks water down the front, onto the floor. I have a Samsung at my house and it's great, but this one I bought for my parents as a gift ... HORRIBLE. Just look at other brands ... there are others that do all this one does and the ice maker would HAVE to be better.

Very disappointed with this Samsung product. Never had issues in the last with other Samsung products but for the price I paid in this one I’ve had nothing but issues. Have had three separate service calls on the ice maker breaking down on this item. Avoid at all costs.

Doors and drawers do not close on own at certain point - have to push closed

After 3 weeks of purchasing this Refrigerator it started to leakage. A Best Buy technician reviewed the unit and said that has to replace the whole assembly involving the water filter and dispenser. This is unacceptable considering it is just came out from the package.

Purchased this fridge over a year ago, first is after 6 months the ice dispenser was giving poor quality ice! super loud dispensing and warm water, I called geek squad and they said that that most Samsung fridges have this problem! I was very disappointed at that, over all the fridge look pretty but the quality is poor! also to top everything off the fan is going!! and the fridge is not even 2 years yet! Terrible PRODUCT!!

I've had problems with this fridge ever since I bought it. At first it was the touch pad as it wouldn't allow me to input anything and would just keep on flashing some error code. After that got fixed we could finally use the ice maker but that only worked for a couple of months and it broke too. The only thing that saved me from spending hundreds of dollars was that I got the geeksquad warranty because it kept breaking down until we got tired of it and we are now getting a new fridge. So if you plan on getting this fridge make sure you get a warranty on it.

Tried everything, temp went from -3 to 28 and everything in between.

Nothing but icing , defrosting , temperature and loud noise issues. I love Samsung products In general, but this fridge is a Lemon! To their credit, Samsung refunded me.

Purchased 8/11/20, died 12/20/21, 16 months later. Of course the warranty is only 12 months. Compressor went out, would cost as much to fix as I originally paid. Not buying Samsung again. Additionally, I have to use my garage fridge for tall items as this fridge doesn't have enough tall spaces, all the shelves have edges (so items at the edges don't sit flat) and the door shelves are not very useful (not tall enough, too skinny). Other than those annoying things, it looked nice while it lasted.

we love Best Buy & this is not their fault but rather Samsung. Within 3 weeks after purchase this refrigerator filled up with water inside. According to a technician there is a known issue with the defrost cycle where it sometimes drains into the interior instead of down the drain tube. It is not scheduled to be redesigned until next year! Love the product & the 4th drawer but not worth it until this issue is fixed.
