It stopped working on June 25, 2024. Does not power on. Contacts with manufacturer regarding the one year warranty is EXTREMELY difficult. They do not answer the phone and prefer to communicate via txt messages. The communication via txt messages is a communication with a robot.

Dec 1 of 2025, my dishwasher stopped working. Samsung said that my dishwasher was no longer under warranty when it comes with a stated one year warranty. Go with a different make. Sure, the dishwasher worked great until Dec 1.

Bad Customer service

Because it took a month between buying and installing BestBuy refuse to replace it and now I have to deal with Samsung to get it repaired. Probably my last BestBuy purchase.

Absolutely terrible at drying. I have low expectations for dishwashers drying ability in general but this is the worst by far I’ve ever used.

VERY disappointed. I won’t buy Samsung appliances going forward. They should stick with TV’s wnd electronics.
