Samsung sent a technician out 4 times- last time he was here samsung told him to close the ticket and someone would be in touch with me in 24-48 hours. Never heard from anyone. I have called about 15 times always same thing- someone will get ahold of you in 24-48 hours. Still waiting…..3 months later. So not buy! Horrible customer service.

Had it worked on and the parts replaced, getting a new Nonlinear wash that is a little louder next.

Our old dishwasher, fill the dishwasher, add detergent, close select(only 3 options) and start!! This has to be balanced, rotors not blocked, dirtiest in a certain area, push this push that don't push this and that. OMG!! I wish I could get rid of it!!

Now, it keeps tripping the breaker on the gfci outlet. Repair tech said either take the gfci out of the kitchen or replace the dishwasher. It was never very good at cleaning dishes anyway.

Issues - does not do the job, even small stains don’t clear. I soap and rinse before I put them, If I miss a stain it remains - the front under the buttons has 3 cracks and I use it pretty gently go figure - the spoon upper tray does not open all the way, tried to fix it does not work
