Have had this repaired 4 times now going in the 5th. First the electronics went out and were replaced. The rock came apart which was repaired. Now for the 3rd time, the water bar broke and keeps falling off. It also does a subpar job cleaning Stay away from this dishwasher. Run as fast as you can

Samsung sent 4 technicians to our home to attempt repairs. The most recent tech found that some part was leaking and now rusted on the unit. Samsung refuses to provide an exchange or refund, indicating they provide only a repair warranty. They continue to send technicians to our home. We have now been without a dishwasher for over a month. We have always purchased Samsung products, which currently fill our home and have never had this experience with a device failure. However, the lack of quality customer service and issue resolution will impact our future buying decisions.

It would also stop running in the middle of its cycle and drain itself, leaving dirty dishes. Samsung stood behind it under its 6 month warranty and refunded the full purchase price. We are Samsung loyal but purchased a different brand of dishwasher after this flop. 2 stars instead of 1 only because Samsung refunded.

Purchased in Aug. Still not usable!

Del.men said bad water valve and left it in the garage. Hired plumber to install new shut off valve. Immediately called for new install date which was a week later. 4 men from Geek squad installed it. Dishwasher worked 12 loads or so & started leaking and would shut off & 57-to 55 min. to go. Restarts didn't work. Called Samsung and serviceman came out 9-23 and added an update gasket,ran it thru 1 time &said it's good to go. We ran it for 2 different loads & noticed a puddle of water on the floor! I took a short video of dripping. Immediately dried our hardwood floor,& restarted it. Machine shut off @ 57 min. it seemed that the door would not stay closed, restart lasted until 54 min. & quit. Called Unique (Samsung authorized service co.) They couldn't schedule us till Friday 9-27. 2 men came out and said nothing they could do about it! They said it was "improper installation!" The drain was leaking. They took a pict. of floor behind machine and it was wet! We called Best buy and they are scheduled to come out next Tuesday. I hope this will take care of this problem. We wanted to give a great review! But not yet.
