This is the second dishwasher I ever owned and I am glad I went with a Samsung if this is what I can expect out of it. I did buy this one as an open box but it was in like new condition and well worth the discount on it versus brand new so Best Buy tests things to the T. The finish on the dish washer is what I like, color goes great in my kitchen. Bixby and Smart Things controls are a nice bonus too if you're into the smart home tools. This dishwasher is SUPER quiet, can barely tell it's doing anything aside from the timer on the outside and the occasional slosh you might hear. Dishes come out looking great and the pop open feature is a nice addition to help with dishes drying.

Some of the racks in my 20-year-old dishwasher were broken, so whereas I was replacing a couple of my other kitchen appliances, I decided to replace the dishwasher too. I'm so glad I did. The positioning and flexibility of the racks, as well as the layout (and functionality) of the controls are excellent ... and I love the Tuscan color (it's perfect for my kitchen). As for cleaning, I have no complaints. Dishes come out perfectly clean and spot-free. However, what I seem most impressed with is how quiet it is. The first time I started it, I actually thought it wasn't running ... but it was. You really have to get very close to it to hear it. I'm also a tech-geek, so I like how it interacts with my smart-home. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This dishwasher is truly the best. Its so quiet, cleans really well and dishes are dry when its done. I love that the door opens at the end of the cycle. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new dishwasher.

I bought this dishwasher as a gift to my mother. It seems to be a great dishwasher super quiet and gets the dishes spotless. Her whole kitchen is full of Samsung products. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking to upgrade or replace a product.

This washing machine is pretty great but for the price there are a few things you can nit pick. It is super quiet and super sleek looking which bodes well for it, to hear it running you have to stop moving and listen for it. The drawbacks, however, include leaving the dishes pretty soaked after the dry cycle and though it does a great job cleaning we tested and there are some dishes that it will leave some crust on if allowed to dry before the wash.

I wanted quiet - check! I wanted sleek and attractive - check! I wanted 3rd rack - check! I wanted stainless steel interior - check! I wanted fingerprint stainless - check! Very happy with this purchase!

this dishwasher is great. I love it! Its plain with no emblems or buttons on the front to see. It sits nicely into the space and sticks out maybe about an inch, no handles to get in the way and the buttons are on the top and hidden once the door is shut. I had a dishwasher with the buttons in the front and if I accidently bumped it the dishwasher would go on or I would accidently shut it off. It is quiet, you have to put your ear next to it to know its on. I would recommend this dishwasher - hope it gives me years of great washing. Oh and yes, it does a great job in washing too, with plenty of space

We like the Samsung dishwasher. It has automatically opened after the wash cycle, but stopped doing that. We are trying to figure out why. We lime the top tray for silverware. It is nice and quiet, as expected. It washes and dries well.

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned - can't even tell when its running. It has a timer on the front that tells how long the run time is and does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. The door pops open when its complete and allows the heat to escape and dishes to dry. The dishwasher is a full 24" no margin for error with the large gaskets on the side it is wider than the one I replaced. I've only had it for a month so we will see, I do have other Samsung appliances that I like and won't buy another american made dishwasher because I've replaced 3 in about 8 years.

this dishwasher has been great! When I set to wash, it is very quiet, and I don't even know it is on. It washes every dish perfectly from silverware to glasses. Leaves them spotless and crystal clear with no water marks. I recommend this dish washer to heavy loads as well. Great product!!

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had! I've had to put my ear to it many times just to make sure it was running! Cleans wells and the top tray for silverware and cutlery is handy. So far, so good!

Slowly, making my kitchen, a Samsung kitchen! Color is beautiful, so quiet and great cleaning power. 

Pros: - Looks great - Very quiet when running - Able to store lots of dishes, etc. Cons: - I don't feel like the items put on the very top rack (3rd rack) gets clean very well. - I do like how the dishwasher door opens up after it's done for air drying, but it would be nice to have an option for heat drying so the dishes could be dried a lot sooner if needed.

The Samsung dishwasher is easy to use, I like the 3 levels and is so quiet, which was a big factor in my choice. It does a great job of washing and cleaning.

This dishwasher is very quiet. It holds a lot of dishes and cleans perfectly. It’s “smart” and notifies you when it’s finished.

Ultra quiet appliance which replaced a Bosch that died after 13 months. The dish washer matches the SS Samsung refrigerator exactly so that was an added plus. The top rack is not as user friendly or as deep as the Bosch but plates stack intuitively. Cycles are easy to set and schedule. We both like the cleaning efficiency and the auto door opening at cycle end which supposedly facilitates drying of the dishes.

I love the easy operation, how well it cleans and dries everything. Also it is a very quiet dishwasher. I also am amazed on how the door open to release steam after cycle

This Dishwasher is everything it says and more. The quietest Dishwasher I have ever had the luxury of owning. It cleans dishes spotless. The wifi connectivity is a plus and makes it a snap to address what type of wash cycle you want the dishwasher to perform. Had to check and make sure that it was working it was so quiet. I like that there is no spray bar on the top of the maching. The nozzle is located below the second shelf causing less hang-ups. The only thing you hear is the dishwasher draining. I also thought the silverware holder was a plus. Hopefully this is the last dishwasher I will need to purchase. I see the stainless steel tub holding up for many years to come. Thanks Samsung for a new and exciting product that is a welcome addition to our kitchen.

I love how quiet this dishwasher is! I really like that it has a 1 hr quick wash and still cleans great. I though I would love having the top rack (3rd Rack). Not a fan...even though the dishwasher has a larger interior the middle rack gets caught on the top rack and doesn't fit medium to large bowls or cup. Even after adjusting the cup size feature to accommodate. If I lower the middle rack to accommodate the top rack the middle spinner hits the plates on the bottom rack. Very disappointing and frustrating!!! Dishwasher doesn't dry well if you do not use the liquid jet-dry. The pop open feature when drying does save energy but I'm still on the fence whether I like it or not. I would still recommend but would point out the issues I have...

We haven't used all of the features available yet, but this dishwasher is 1,000 times better than the piece of garbage we replaced. It is so quiet I keep having to check to make sure I actually turned it on! I like the third rack for serving spoons and other long items that don't fit well in the cutlery baskets. I also like that the top rack is adjustable to accommodate taller items on the lower rack. The employee who helped us pick this one out at the Menomonee Falls location was outstanding! I didn't feel like he was just trying to get the sale; he was super helpful in describing the features of each of the brands we were looking at.
