Absolutely love this dishwasher. I love waking up to a message that the dishwasher has completed as I put dishes in and run before bed. Beautiful blue color looks great on my kitchen. I can’t wait for the rest of the appliances to be delivered

Great dishwasher we have never had a dishwasher that cleans like this one does and is silent while it is running and the stainless steel inside looks great to i like the blue lights on outside showing you the time left on the cycle top control buttons are easy to use with many wash options and cycles..Great Diswasher by Samsung

Absolutely love this dishwasher its is QUIET! So quiet I had to check to see if it was on. My dishes are super clean; pots scrubbed like new. I have challenged the pot scrubbing feature and so far it is great! Love the sleek design AND it works fabulously!

I regret to say my experience with this dishwasher has been overwhelmingly negative. Despite its intended purpose, the appliance consistently failed to perform even basic cleaning tasks without extensive pre-washing—a requirement that rendered its use entirely impractical. After repeated attempts to work around its limitations, I ultimately abandoned the machine altogether and have resorted to hand-washing dishes for the past year, which defeats the purpose of owning a dishwasher in the first place. To make matters worse, the repair process was equally disappointing. Best Buy initially sent a technician, but the repair was abruptly halted when the technician was replaced. The replacement took months to order and install necessary parts, dragging out the process so long that my two-year warranty expired before the repair was completed. This left me with a broken appliance and no recourse for resolution. The combination of subpar performance and abysmal post-purchase support makes this one of the worst investments I’ve made. I strongly advise others to consider more reliable brands and avoid the frustration of dealing with both a faulty product and a sluggish repair system. Spend a little more upfront for a dishwasher that actually works—and a company that stands by its promises.

It is super quiet. You hardly notice it is washing! The look is beautiful. I like the light blue LED on the corner of the panel. The most important feature is the glide rail for the second rack, which does not have the plastic roller. My previous one had this plastic roller worn out in a few years, caused the second rack collapse.

The purchase and installation was flawless. This dishwasher is very quiet and cleans well.

This is a very quiet dishwasher. Cleans well. The tine adjustments of lower rack could be better for fitting deep bowls and plastic storage containers.

This dishwasher is soooo quiet, you honestly will not even know its on. Washes perfectly, love the extra top tray. I also love the sleek exterior, looks great in my kitchen Only con is make sure you use the rinse aid as otherwise your dishes my not come out completely dry. I highly recommend, best dishwasher i have ever owned.

Every time it's in single digit weather, I get the LC code and have to shut off circuit breaker 5 tech visits last year while it was still under warranty. I have discovered that I wait for the weather to warm up, then turn the circuit breaker back on, it works. I spent 750.00 only to have to spend my lunch hour washing a ton of dishes, with a 1 year old dishwasher . Never again. If I lived in a warm climate, it would be great..but I don't.

I just upgraded from a 9-year-old GE. This dishwasher is awesome. Very quiet and the dishes come out spotless. Would recommend this product.

This is a game changer of a dishwasher ! The 3rd rack is so functional for my family. The smart Capability , I love being able to see what cycle it is on from my phone and being able to start it if I forgot to start it manually. Lastly, I love that it shows the count down on how much time is left on the front of the unit. I know exactly when my dishes will be done

So quiet! Cleans spotlessly. Very little water used... organizes dishes beautifully. Things too improve: I would like to have the option of the top rack. Not sure what to put up there? Didn’t want or need it.

The dishwasher itself is quite spacious and looks nice. However, we have run into issues already. It started with us coming down in the morning to find that the wash cycle was interrupted and the error code indicated that the appliance was not getting water. That issue however would fix itself with us just pressing start again. After a while though, we started seeing error code PC, which as per the SmartThings app, indicates to a larger issue. The advise on their app was that if this error came up repeatedly we should call for a technician to come take a look, which we are now doing.

Excellent unit. Quiet, roomy, 3 adjustable racks fit everything easily. So quiet, I can stand in front of it and not hear it running. Best of all - the dishes and glassware come out spotless. The SS finish is beautiful. Love it!

So far it's great. A great upgrade. It's super quiet. I don't even know it's on. I have a great room so it definitely was worth the extra investment. Now I can turn on the dishwasher and watch TV or talk without yelling so people can hear me over the machine. Leaves dishes super clean.

Slick design, low noise. like the WIFI feature. could improve in the cleaning cycles to have more functions to chose from.

Installed with great ease and these machine is amazing. Super Super quiet.
