This is THE WORST dishwasher I have ever owned in my entire life! It actually is the first dishwasher I have ever purchased and I have never been more disappointed. I chose this model solely for the fact it didn't have a handle - I wanted it to match my Samsung refrigerator which also has no handles. I didn't really want the most expensive model but was willing to pay extra so it would match and I THOUGHT it was going to be a great appliance. WRONG! The dishes do not clean well at all. You absolutely have to wash them all in the sink first. Then they don't rinse well and they definitely don't dry. I hate the fact they get air dried by the door popping open at the end of the cycle. I really miss my heated dry cycle that all my other dishwashers had. I have switched to the most expensive soap hoping that would clean the dishes better. It only had a marginal effect. I added the rinse agent - something I have never needed in the past - and still only a marginal improvement. The dishwasher also has an odor to it even after the dishes are all clean or the dishwasher is empty. I've never experienced that with any previous dishwasher and I don't know how to make it go away! How can it smell after a 2 1/2 hour wash cycle? I thought I would love how you can make adjustments to the racks but I still can't fit as many dishes as I could with my previous dishwashers. I don't like how the silverware baskets clip on - I like to be able to lift out the basket so I can move it to my counter above my silverware drawer. Unclipping this would be too much of a hassle so now it's more work putting away silverware. I think the only thing I like about the interior is the 3rd rack. It's very useful. So basically I spent all this money just for the exterior to match my kitchen (it does look great) and for that 3rd rack. Otherwise, this is a useless piece of garbage. To be fair I absolutely love my Samsung fridge, stove and microwave. They are all super amazing. I have no idea how Samsung failed so miserably on this dishwasher!

It does the job - sometimes. We purchased this as an open box item. We were assured this was a fully functioning and new item. Once we got it home, I had my doubts. It doesn’t fully clean my dishes. I have to run it on a heavy cycle to assure the detergent door opens and fully cleans out. Honestly sometimes my dishes don’t even look clean. But the third row dish rack is a favorite and I also like how the dishwasher opens when the cycle is done.

Do not buy this dishwasher. Simply miserable experience. I was initially attracted by the features, and the rack design, and quite frankly to upgrade a sketchy old one that was quite loud. Within a month of the install, I had to have a Samsung tech out to fix the inside rear plastic line that supplies water to the racks, who had no idea what he was doing, and popped it back in and said "keep an eye on it." No other fix. About 8 months later, the dishwasher started cutting out in the middle of cycles, and then would not turn on at all. Yet again, the same Samsung techs came out, replaced the control unit, and it wouldn't work. They said yeah, seems like an electrical problem, we don't work on dishwashers that much, sorry, and left. I then hired my personal electrician to come look at it, who found that the original best buy installers absolutely pulverized the romex line supplying power to it when installing it, stripping it down to the copper. Once replaced, it works again fine. A year and some months later, the middle rack is now totally broken and doesn't stay in place or clip in, so it's free floating and comes out every time you open the dishwasher and you have to juggle it while loading and unloading. Ridiculous. This is not a serious dishwasher. It cleans, when it actually works, but that's rare. Don't buy it.

Great dishwasher! have had no problems since our purchase and it is indeed super quiet. Which is the only reason we upgraded. It wouldn't dry the dishes very well at first. I tested our water temperature and it was low. Raised it and have never had an issue since.

Super quiet and has big spacious racks. It for some reason didnt fit fully into our existing soace however so we have to get a carpenter to make the soace bigger which i find odd.

Super quiet. The only downside is that the lower rack doesn’t have space for bigger plates or serving trays without the spinning washer bar hitting them.

The product may be outstanding but the installation I paid for was not properly completed with the attachments to the counter and the electrical connection. I called Samsung when the dishwasher stopped working after a month or two and had to call an electrician . Samsung determined the dishwasher was operational but there was a problem with the power supply. The electrician removed the dishwasher and found the plug had worked loose from the connection and the dishwasher was improperly attached to the cabinet and the power plug was no longer attached to the wall.

great looks and extremely quiet. sometimes leaves a few items still damp after dry cycle. overall very satisfied with the product

Love my new dishwasher! It is wonderfully quiet, and connects to the Smart Things application. I love that the unit slightly opens, after the cycle ends.

Great experience! Second time getting a dishwasher from Best Buy and both times they made the whole process smooth and easy. Also, they delivered and installed in 3 to 4 days only. BTW, this Samsung dishwasher is super quiet, clean and dry dishes great. Definitely will recommend this dishwasher to anyone I know.

This dishwasher is so quiet we can’t hear it when we are standing right next to it. We weren’t expecting it to not have a heating element so that has taken some getting used to but we love it.
