We have only had it a few weeks, but so far we are enjoying this new dishwasher. It seems to work very well. I will say that it is extremely quiet! You barely even know it's running!

Excellent! Can’t tell it works so quiet!! Have a Samsung fridge so now need only the built in oven.

Nothing but problems. I purchased this dishwasher in August 2022. Within just a few months, it was leaking water onto my hardwood floors. BestBuy tech came out, repaired it. All was good for another few months, but then the bottom bar came off and refused to stay on during cycles. Tech came out again, fixed it. Thank goodness for the Best Buy total tech program, as it was out of the one year warranty at that point. Fast forward to today, three months past the 2 year Best Buy warranty, and the bar breaks again. I had an appliance repair guy come out and he quoted me just under $500 to replace the part. I paid $800 for this dishwasher. He said he sees this a lot and did not recommend repairing it as it was likely to break again. No thank you. I’m just getting a new one. I promise I will never buy another Samsung dishwasher again.

This dishwasher is great! Quiet, upper rack is super handy. Plays great with smartthings. ST will even tell you best wash settings for whats loaded, and send the settings via ST. Happy I upgraded!

It's so quiet, I can't tell it's running until it drains.

Maybe the best dishwasher ever. With previous our dishes would stink after wash and dry cycle. With this model the door opens when drying cycle begins….no smelly dishes.

Great dishwasher. Love the convenience of the top third row for utensils and small items. VEREY quiet operation. The 1 hour quick wash cycle is also very useful

This dishwasher is the quietest I've ever not heard. The only way I knew it was running was the digital countdown showing on the front! Wow!

Arrived dented by installer. They did not know how long it would take to receive another so they installed the dented one. Worked great and a week later the new one arrived. Works great and its a cool dishwasher.

I had to replace my maytag dishwasher that was only a few years old. Replaced it with this Samsung. Love everything about this washer! Dishes are clean, dry and love the 3rd rack. Installers were great also.

This dishwasher is amazingly quiet and the wifi connectivity is a nice feature to check how much time is left but I don't have to worry to much about it as it auto opens to let the dishes air dry.

Has to be the quietest dishwasher ever. Couldn't even tell we turned it on. Also really like the display on the front that shows how much time I left and how it opens itself when it's done to promote airflow

this is the best dishwasher i have ever had no water to dry and no spots on silverware comes out completely dry

Quietest unit I've experienced, ever. I hold my head against the door when running and can just barely hear it. I love the middle adjustable shelf. My only minor complaint is that plastic items are not dry when the cycle is finished... they have water drops all over them. However, everything is clean and I never pre-wash or rinse.

Love this dishwasher. We replaced a Bosch that only lasted 5 years before electronics failed. The racks are so innovative and it cleans so much better than the old one.
