My only complaint would be that I had to make the middle rack higher (which is very easy to do) to accommodate dinner plates on the bottom rack. This reduced the clearance on the middle rack, so I have to lay bowls almost flat in order to be able to pull out the top rack.

I’d say it gets moderate usage given my family size and how often we wash dishes. Right after the 2 year mark, I started getting PC and 4C error codes. I checked the water supply and everything was good. Called a technician and he said no power was being supplied to the valve. Had to get a new control board for it to work.
