Cleans good, a lot of space, don’t even know it’s running

This dishwasher cleans like a $850 one should. Dries well except for your plastic dishes where it can collect water (Tupperware lids) I don't think any dishwasher can totally dry those types of dishes. Installation was a pain but that mostly had to do with my flooring being built up. Be prepared to possibly buy new dishes to make them fit. I love the 3rd rack but it takes away room that you wouldn't otherwise think about. With the top rack up, our tall glasses would hit the 3rd rack. With the top rack in down position, our plates in the bottom would hit the spinning arm on the underside of top rack. We elected to buy slightly smaller plates to fix this problem. All said, this is a very nice dishwasher and the black stainless looks sharp and matches other appliances.

Dishwasher was fairly simple to install myself. Machine is ridiculously quiet and almost non existent in the background. Dishes are super clean. It takes some getting used to and adjustments in finding how to load dish’s and utensils in comparison to old basic machine we had. Few minor issues with trying to fit hoses and lines when sliding washer back due to sheer mass of equipment this machine has. Found my front kick plate to be damaged but best buy wouldn’t replace due to me waiting 3 weeks to open and install the machine. Had some issues with getting the machine onto the smart things app without seriously poor support from Samsung.

The good: Exceptionally quiet and rinses well. Operation is easy, and the unit is attractive. The less good: Some larger dinner plates are too tall when the middle rack is in the lower position, and larger drinking glasses are too tall with it in the upper position. Overall: I am happy with my purchase, and it is light-years beyond the ancient whirlpool unit it replaced.

This thing is quiet! I was watching a movie and it seemed like there was a peeing noise that made no sense in the movie. Then I realized it was the dishwasher draining! I had no idea it was running until I put it all together. I love the time on the front. Otherwise you may never know it was going. The dishes are very clean when done. I still rinse more than I should before putting the dishes in as a habbit. My wife has gotten used to just putting the dishes in without rinsing. Both ways come out sparkling! (I should stop wasting my time) I tried the super clean zone (can't remember the official name) and it's amazing. Baked on pasta dish, no problem. Day old mac 'n cheese pan, no problem. Hard to reach big water bottles, no problem. This thing rocks! (rocks out at a decible you won't hear!)

I love how this dishwasher cleans. It’s so quiet you forget its on. I don’t like that if you close the door once it’s finishes how it smells. I wish that you didn’t have to keep it open to avoid a mildew like smell. It opens automatically when done so my advice is to leave it ajar for a few hrs. It looks beautiful and stylish and easy to function. Make sure you don’t have a water build up when not operating the dishwasher. 4 stars because of the smell when closed. Yes, I recommend as long as you know these things prior to purchasing.

We’ve had it for a while now and can provide a thorough review. Pros: quiet, efficient, lots of features, great space, washes dishes well Con: water can pool at the bottom after washing dishes, wifi features are not worth it.

This dish washer I purchased to replace my old unit... The unit is so quiet... and it can be communicated via smart phone. It organizes the dishes, utensil, cups, ... so that I can put more then what I had owned previously. Yes, it takes longer for the normal cycle but it is so quiet that I can watch TV finally in the kitchen and not bothered by the dish washer noise. Completely worth it!

Super quiet! Can barely hear it running, definitely still able to congregate in the kitchen with friends/family. Cleans dishes well, love the rinse only feature for when I don’t have a full load but don’t want to leave the dirty dishes sit until I do without a quick rinse. Only downside, per say, is the random bumping of the buttons when unloading. And it says it can be app controlled, but the dishwasher has to be on always for you to do that otherwise when it goes into what I call “sleep mode” the app can’t connect to control it. But honestly neither are a reason not to get it!

super quiet. i had to install myself. Very easy. I purchased as open box and that made it a bit more time consuming but love it now! washes great. it replaced our bosch. My wife is not a fan of the cutlery rack on top because she wants more height with the glasses. I don't have that issue because i load my glasses more efficiently :)

Cleans everything great, and the auto-release door ensures that dishes come out dry and ready to be put away. Very impressed with how quiet this dishwasher is, hard to hear if its even running. Also tried out the wi-fi controls via the SmartThings app, works fine as well.

We decided to switch to this dishwasher to match our other appliance purchases. Our last washer was only a year old from KitchAid, and it blows the old one away! This washer is quieter and does a much better job washing and drying the dishes. I love that it doesn't use a heat mechanism on the bottom, so you can put plastic anywhere in the washer. Its very easy to use and can be switched around easily depending what you need to wash. The top rack is great. Yes it's a little more money, but so very worth it!

I’ve only had this for 3 days so far and here are the pros/cons we’ve experienced with this so far. Due to the number of cons, I’m wondering if there is something malfunctioning with our unit. Pros: 1. Sleek and attractive design 2. Very quiet during wash cycle Cons: 1. The dry cycle doesn’t work. Puddles of water remain on the tops of every dish, glass, pots/pans, and utensils for hours after the wash cycle ends. Towel drying is needed when unloading. 2. Water and steam periodically leaks from the top edge of the dishwasher during the wash cycle. 3. Takes well over two hours for the wash to complete.. 4. Not fully flush and level with the countertop 5. Somewhat difficult to hit the start button while the door is closed. We have tried to reach out to Best Buy a few times already but had to hang up before chatting with a rep due to extremely long wait times from high call volume. We’ll try a couple more times before making a decision to return this to the store.

This dishwasher has a very large capacity and is nearly silent when running. When stacked correctly, you can get at least 12 10-inch dinner plates and four bowls on the bottom rack. 12-inch dinner plates decrease capacity for the bowls but there are two racks remaining so you still can wash all your dishes. Both round and square dishes fit well. The adjustable racks help when you have taller items. Just make sure to adjust the rack while empty or you may break something as the weight of the rack lowers. Rubber spatulas don't clean well and dishwasher liquid soap leaves residue behind. There's a diagram in the user manual showing the best way to insert silverware but it doesn't take into account that you may not be washing the same number of each utensil. I found that just alternating the silverware, placing some pointed up and some pointed down works just fine. Make sure to use a rinse aid or the glasses will be cloudy.

Love the Tuscan Bronze color. Washes dishes Very Well! Extremely Quiet! Only 39 decibels! Can’t hear it running - which is great since our living room is very close. The drying feature that opens the unit 5 minutes before end of cycle works well. Dishes are dry. Tupperware not so much - but no dishwasher does.

I bought this as an early birthday present for my mother and she absolutely loves it! Our old dishwasher was about 8-10 years old and needed new parts but I figured I’d just buy a new premium one that would last for years to come, and so far no complaints. First off, this thing is TRUE fingerprint resistant. All you need is a dry or damp paper towel for prints/scratches and it looks brand new again! No stainless steel cleaner needed, Super Impressive!!! My mother loved that 2. it runs totally silent during cycles and you wont even notice it’s on. 3. Performs great on your kitchenware that’s a given for the price. 4. Runs quiet as a mouse during cycles you won’t even notice it’s on. 5. It’s stainless steel inside and out so it looks new and shiny 24/7. digital interface also looks cool. We’re super satisfied with this new Samsung dishwasher and although it’s a bit on the pricier side, you get what you pay for all the way, thanks Best Buy!

Excellent cleaning but long run time. Long run time is typical for all newer disheashers, though.

This dishwasher is great. It holds a lot of items, gets my dishes clean (no more prewashing) and it is so quiet that I check to make sure it's still running. I was skeptical about the autorelease feature but it really does dry the dishes.

This new Samsung dishwasher is pretty sleek looking and the fact that you can barely hear this thing running, is a beautiful thing! I had 1 coffee mug, that had been rinsed before, that just didn’t seem to want to come clean though, so that’s why the 4 stars instead of 5. I put it on the bottom rack, instead of the top rack, the next time, and that seemed to get it clean. I like that the door automatically opens when it’s done with its cycle, too. Everyone in the house knows then, that those are clean dishes in there. Oh and there are still water puddles on top of each coffee mug, no dishwasher that I have owned, has been able to get rid of those.

Almost totally silent. It has a third shallow rack to lay silverware in, which is very handy. Cleans well.
