Extremely quiet. I forget it’s running sometimes. Drying is the only lacking part but it’s not a deal breaker considering how little noise it produces.

Great product, I've owned many dishwasher's , and after experiencing them all for many years , I love all the settings and updates that Samsung delivers.

This is most incompetent customer service we have ever experienced from any company, anywhere, at any time. These bozos have invented new ways to screw up a relatively simple transaction by rolling my new dishwasher across our kitchen floor and running into our kitchen island. The management and leadership of this company is asleep at the switch, and could care less about how customers are treated. This attitude will eventually destroy what is left of the company. Too bad, but richly deserved. It actually is a challenge to maintain this level of value-less service.

It’s leaked from day 1 and 2nd arm keep falling off. So we replaced the arm that didn’t work it still falls off.

This evening my wife said “I love this dishwasher.” She’s very particular, so this is high praise, indeed!

We purchased this dishwasher about 1 months ago, then for some reason, the whole control panel stopped responding 2 weeks after the installation. We contacted the Best Buy customer service at first but they told us we would need to talked to Samsung. So we did. The technician came in 1 week and told us that the power was on, so there might be something wrong with the mother board. So he ordered the mother board and came in 1 week after. After 20 minutes of trying to fix it, there was still no luck! The technician was frustrating because he had been working for this job for 30 years, and he couldn't figure out what was going on with the dishwasher. He basically told us to never purchase a Samsung appliance because they made it way too complicated to fix. The technician is going to order another part for us and come in again to see if that would work next week. We are crossing our fingers. We have had this dishwasher for 1 month, and half of the time is our of commission (2 week of using, 2 weeks of trying to get it fixed and still waiting)! And based on the fact that this Samsung dishwasher with great reviews broke down in 2 weeks is just unacceptable!

Pleased with all the new tech in this device. Best part is when the door opens automatically to help dry dishes!

The dishwasher is great. Very quiet and cleans well. The installation was the WORST customer experience in my life. So bad that it will probably keep us from every shopping at Best Buy.

I've had this dishwasher for a few months now and have no complaints. The auto release is great, dishes always dry in the morning.

Had it for 15 months and it just broke. The drain pump is bad and it will be over $500 to replace. Confidently broke a few months after the warranty ended. This isn’t the first bad experience with Samsung appliances. But it will be the last time.

This dishwasher is a hunk of junk. One star because I have to and because it is as quiet as it says it is. It immediately started to fall apart. The top rack is supposed to be adjustable height, but one side of it will not stay up no matter what. The washer blade falls off several times a week. The tines that separate dishes on the bottom rack are loose and fall over. The racks and materials are cheap and break and bend quickly. I wish I had picked something else.

Very nice dishwasher. This was a replacement for another Samsung machine.

Great deal and in very good condition. Lucas is amazing. Knows his stuff and willing to go out of his way to do whatever it takes to make things happen. In fact all the guys that work there are great.

Works great! The silverware drawer makes so much more sense and gives so much more space

Very nice dishwasher. Wasn't sure about the "pop open to vent" at end of cycles. But actually much better than our old 'side venting' unit that ended up damaging paint on adjacent cabinets.

Love how quiet this is. Don't even know if it's on. However, the door hinge got messed up within a week, and the doesn't pop open all the way like it use to. A replacement is on the way.
