It is a good machine and works well. I really like all the different racks and adjustable features.

Leaked after 4 years. I did not have the protection plan. I ordered exact same model as it is with my old one as this is a quiet model. Sales depart promised me a discount. I did not get that discount. I wrote a long letter to complain. Nobody responded my complaint letter.

I wish I could give this piece of junk zero stars. It worked great for about a year. Then it started would randomly stop halfway through a cycle, blink an error code and refuse to start again. Then it would randomly just start working. Then it started leaking, now if I can get it to run at all, I have to have a towel underneath to protect my floor and cabinets. Then, the door stopped popping open like it was supposed to so if it does run, the dishes are soaking wet because they don't go through the air dry cycle. What's even better is that I purchased Geek Squad protection. The tech has been out 2 times (going on 3 now) and each time said, yeah I see there's an issue but don't know how to fix it and leaves, telling me to "monitor it". The Geek Squad warranty has a lemon policy, but they will only replace if parts have actually been replaced. When the tech that gets sent (same tech every time) is inept and leaves without doing anything, that leaves me in a lurch. So, I spent $800 on a leaky dishwasher that only works when it wants and Best Buy won't do anything about it...great.

This dishwasher is SO quiet. It works great. Our friends are all jealous that we can actually have conversations while the dishwasher runs. :)

I love my new dishwasher! This purchase was so flawless. Les in the shakopee store got it ordered for me and set up the delivery. The delivery and install was great with 2 fellows from the Geek Squad.

I do not care for the rack system. It stinks in there sometimes. Never had an oder from my old washer

Super quiet but auto open failed in first 2 months

All of my dishwashers have been Samsung. As I have moved to bigger and/or nicer homes the brand has been attractive to buyers-renters. Beautiful color, great bells and whistles. Delivery was early, professional and courteous.

We replaced all of our kitchen appliances with Samsung, They work flawlessly and are built well. Just like anything you have to take care of them and service them like anything you own that has moving parts. Great product!

Is a great looking dishwasher, but had issues with it, this is my second one after the other one had to be returned, basically if you tus a full cicle the heat senador goes bad and then the hot water won’t work, expensive machine and can’t even run all it’s features

It’sa great dishwasher but we already had issues with the bottom water bar coming off. Geek squad doesn’t seem to have alot of technicians for Samsung dishwasher repairs. They canceled on me twice because they didn’t have someone available to repair it. I’m thinking that I will go with whirlpool or ge next time.

Was looking for a washer that works well with hard water, this a major improvement

Dishwasher is amazing. I love everything about it. Starting with Led light. The stainless steel inside is really nice and overall the dishwasher works perfect. Thank you Samsung.

I like the washer and the door automatically opening to help with drying has been amazing. My only complaint, and it is a major complaint, is the top rack for the utensils. It has a propeller mechanism above the rack that dispenses water. The propeller is so low that, at times, it hits the top rack as you are trying to close it. I actually have to reach my arm in there and asjust the propeller so that I can close the rack. The propeller is so low that it also hits the utensils and keeps it from spinning. Because of this,, the utensils on the top rack do not get cleaned properly relegating it to being useless. I purchased this dishwasher based on its reviews and that issue has never come up. If I had known this top rack was basically unusable, I would have gone with a different dishwasher. We used the top utensil rack often with our previous dishwasher so it was important to us.

Horrific appliance! 7 months into the manufacturer warranty, it kept throwing codes. Samsung REFUSED to help us under warranty. Thankfully we purchased an extended warranty. It took Geek Squad 2 1/2 months, 11 visits, and 7 parts to fix this machine including big ticket items like the motor, cable harness, and printed circuit board. To top it off, Geek Squad damaged the front of the Dishwasher during repair and I had to wait longer to get that replaced. During the process, I filed 4 escalations and not a single manager or division decision-maker would call us. Customer service is a nightmare because they are secretaries and only take messages and set appointments. This was a 3 Samsung appliance purchase and we've had repair issues with every item. Not only will we never purchase Samsung again, we will also not patronize Best Buy. We were treated so poorly and not a single person cared. Going 2 1/2 months without an appliance is absolutely NOT acceptable. This was an expensive dishwasher and that didn't matter either.
