After 4 months of use, running it once per week, machine stopped working, error code PC. After almost 8 weeks of waiting for diagnostics and parts, the machine was not able to be repaired so it was replaced. New machine worked great for 3 months (running once per week), then stopped. Error code PC. Waiting on repair again. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Love the color and the very top rack for bottle nipples and kids cup lids! The bottom racks fold in allowing room for bigger items which is very convenient!

Quiet but not a great dishwasher

I regret my decision, the dishwasher is very quiet but doesn’t do a good job washing or drying the dishes. The auto release is supposed to help with drying but it worked once and has not worked since. Also, I think something broke because now there is a crunch noise when closing the door. ALL our appliances are Samsung because we’ve always had a great experience but this dishwasher is the exception.

Stainless tubs think they can dry with steam amd rinse aid.... it doesnt really work. Also pops door open to air dry and in our situation is kinda in the way as it on the prepping countertop.
