There are moving parts which come off just after few days of purchase. I ended ip returning this one and got a bosch dishwasher.

Phones at Best Buy Otay Ranch either not working or not taking calls, so now I am stuck with a useless appliance from Samsung 15 days working That’s it !!!!!

The third row and WiFi are great, but how about cleaning my dishes?!? I’d really like to know if I can exchange it or have someone look at it as I have tried everything. A new dishwasher should not be this challenging to use and get you dishes clean
