Beautiful looking dishwasher with all the bells and whistles (most not needed). But after 6 weeks of daily use it now makes a clicking noise and many dishes not coming clean. Coffee cups look like water not even getting hitting them. I’ve tried the power wash settings, tub clean, raising the middle rack thinking perhaps my plates were preventing the water spinner from going around. The water deflector bar is a mystery...should it be attached? Can I remove it? No info in manual on it. For the money I paid for this dishwasher, I didn’t expect issues so quickly (at least give me 5 years with it!) I want my Bosch dishwasher from my previous home!!! (No, I’m NOT a Bosch rep.) Kitchen Aid dishwashers are crossed off my list as well. After 5 years with a $1000 dishwasher, And a few repairs, it quit and was too expensive to fix. Kitchen Aid wouldn’t even give me a discount on next one.

Samsung sent a technician out 4 times- last time he was here samsung told him to close the ticket and someone would be in touch with me in 24-48 hours. Never heard from anyone. I have called about 15 times always same thing- someone will get ahold of you in 24-48 hours. Still waiting…..3 months later. So not buy! Horrible customer service.

Have had this repaired 4 times now going in the 5th. First the electronics went out and were replaced. The rock came apart which was repaired. Now for the 3rd time, the water bar broke and keeps falling off. It also does a subpar job cleaning Stay away from this dishwasher. Run as fast as you can

The only thing good about it, is how quiet it is. I'm so disappointed in this, I paid way too much for it to stop working right so fast.

Front door plastic bezel has huge crack. Water bar that moves undernieth is missing a piece of plastice. But everything is working so far.

Had it worked on and the parts replaced, getting a new Nonlinear wash that is a little louder next.
