    A few times the unit has not drained entirely after a wash. It's intermittent so not sure what to do other than get a replacement.

    very disappointed the glasses and the silverware come out with stains eve with the rinse and even tho I rinse them before I put them in, is like they don't get washed at all! Also the dinner plates don't fit! Im not sure if I can return it and get another one

    Secret to no one but me

    Do not buy a Samsung dishwasher. It’s finicky water sensor died and gif mad two days after i bought it. As the tech came in to fix it he proclaimed its likely a Samsung as though it’s a common issue.

    Buyer beware, I purchased the entire Samsung kitchen suite and the dishwasher control panel was replaced twice in one year for a software update…note: parts and labor were included for one year. I figured that I would add the dishwasher to my PSEG worried free protection plan. Big mistake, Samsung has an extended warranty up to 5 years on parts but the labor isn’t included. In short, I have double the coverage and will need to come out of pocket to fix the problem. Lastly, in order to get coverage from Samsung directly they will need to send you an invite, don’t hold your breath.

    worked fine first 2 years. Now getting a 7c error. Has to do with the "waterwall" which is named differently on this model. Trying to figure out how to fix but disspointed.

    Installed the dishwasher about three weeks ago. Let me start by saying that we have never hated any appliance more than this dishwasher. First, dishes NEVER DRY. Second, the controls are incredibly slow to respond or don't respond at all. We have even tried to turn off the door open at end of cycle feature but that doesn't help drying either. Paid $1000 for this thing plus paying the plumber a healthy amount to install it. Seriously thinking this thing is heading for the scrap yard in the near future. We had a Maytag dishwasher for nearly 20 years and never had any of these issues.

    Worst ever. This dishwasher does not have a heating element. This is to make it more energy efficient. What would make it more efficient is if the dishwasher didn't have to pop open on it's own, after the cycle was finished, to air dry the dishes because "There is no heating element!" I don't know about you but I like to actually put away or use my dishes after the cycle is done. This dishwasher does not allow this to happen. Don't bother to contact Samsung, they will tell you that's simply the way it works.

    Known issue with door release - Samsung disappoint

    We bought this for a seasonal home. According to the unit it ran 35 cycles before the auto release door feature broke. A known issue if you look at Samsung community - because a seasonal home it broke 5 months outside of warranty - Samsung will not ship me the $20 part they will only accept sending a $300 service reapair (but the part will be free)

    Leaky dishwasher

    Very poor quality on this product. Dishwasher leaked while it runs. I had Geek Squad out for service 4 times and were unable to fix it. They would not come out any more. I had to call Samsung to get refund. That process took two months but Samsung finally refunded my purchase price. The whole process from purchase to refund was 5 months. Never buy Samsung again

    DO A HARD PASS ON THIS MODEL

    DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!! Had it less than 2 months and an error occurred. It read LC which has to do with the sensor that was indicating there was a pool of water in it. There was none. The noise it was making was ridiculously loud. The only way to fix it is to do a hard restart, meaning 2 things. Shut down the circuit breaker for over 15 mins. which we did and it didn’t work. The other was to pull it out of the wall and unplug it overnight. Which we did. It cleared the error. Check out all the either complaints online regarding this dishwasher.

    I am disappointed. The dishwasher doesn't dry properly also the bottom rack is getting stuck somewhere. I am not happy with the purchase. I contacted Samsung today but with no answer. I do not want to return it to the store but I will if i do not get the service i need to fix it.
