Super quiet! Can barely hear it running, definitely still able to congregate in the kitchen with friends/family. Cleans dishes well, love the rinse only feature for when I don’t have a full load but don’t want to leave the dirty dishes sit until I do without a quick rinse. Only downside, per say, is the random bumping of the buttons when unloading. And it says it can be app controlled, but the dishwasher has to be on always for you to do that otherwise when it goes into what I call “sleep mode” the app can’t connect to control it. But honestly neither are a reason not to get it!

I just replaced my Bosch (I think it was an 800 series) dishwasher that was about 5 years old. When it was working it was awesome so my next dishwasher had some big shoes to fill. This one comes so close it’s pretty awesome and a great high end model to replace a Bosch with very comparable! We are very happy with it!! The pros: it’s even more quiet than my Bosch (You can barely tell it’s running) and has a faster express cycle, still has the 3rd top rack that I love. Also, love when cycle is done door pops open so dishes won’t smell!! We chose no handle option looks beautiful and blends well with kitchenaid oven you can’t tell they are not same brand. Cons: doesn’t get as much food off my dishes as the Bosch did, so I do have to be sure I scrubbed it off before loaded (which I do anyway), and the top rack is not as deep as my Bosch so I can’t fit as much at a time or as bulky of items as I did with the Bosch. Overall this has been a great spend! Very happy with it! So glad we bought this!! You won’t regret this purchase!!

super quiet. i had to install myself. Very easy. I purchased as open box and that made it a bit more time consuming but love it now! washes great. it replaced our bosch. My wife is not a fan of the cutlery rack on top because she wants more height with the glasses. I don't have that issue because i load my glasses more efficiently :)

This dish washer I purchased to replace my old unit... The unit is so quiet... and it can be communicated via smart phone. It organizes the dishes, utensil, cups, ... so that I can put more then what I had owned previously. Yes, it takes longer for the normal cycle but it is so quiet that I can watch TV finally in the kitchen and not bothered by the dish washer noise. Completely worth it!

I usually didn't run our dishwasher in our old apartment because they didn't get the dishes clean. So when I was on the hunt for one for our new rennovated house I know I wanted a smart one and this one has done the job perfectly, love the fact the door pops open a few minutes before the cycle is over to let out steam to dry and alert us that the dishes are clean.

The middle rack is smaller than my last model. Cleans well and will pop open with 4 minutes bites left to get air inside.super quiet.

Cleans very well, quiet and a normal load only takes about 2.5 hours. The top silverware and utensil rack is great! Allows more room in the bottom rack since not needing it for silverware.

So far I am in love with this dishwasher. It is so quiet that I wasn't sure that it was actually running, but I could see the timer on the front panel counting down to assure me it was indeed washing the dishes. And when it comes time to dry the dishes, the front door opens all on it's own to allow additional moisture to escape and leave crystal clear glasses, and spotless dishes. However, the true hero of this dishwasher is the SmartThings app that shows you how to properly set the dishes in the racks. This allows the cleaning jets to thoroughly clean without being obstructed. I considered many other dishwashers while trying to find the right one to replace my 10 year old ElectroLux dishwasher, and I am so happy that I chose this one!

I love my dishwasher as it is so quiet. With my other ones through the years, my husband has been frustrated because of the noise. This one is silent. It cleans well and has a wonderful extra top tray that I use to put my knives and larger spoon.

We decided to switch to this dishwasher to match our other appliance purchases. Our last washer was only a year old from KitchAid, and it blows the old one away! This washer is quieter and does a much better job washing and drying the dishes. I love that it doesn't use a heat mechanism on the bottom, so you can put plastic anywhere in the washer. Its very easy to use and can be switched around easily depending what you need to wash. The top rack is great. Yes it's a little more money, but so very worth it!

Best dishwasher ever! We have 2 dishwashers and we replaced them both with these Samsung they are so quiet you can't tell they are running. The silverware shelf creates so much more room on the bottom for dishes and bowls. Cleans everything really well. We have had them for a month and the are awesome!

This dishwasher is truly the best. Its so quiet, cleans really well and dishes are dry when its done. I love that the door opens at the end of the cycle. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new dishwasher.

I’ve only had this for 3 days so far and here are the pros/cons we’ve experienced with this so far. Due to the number of cons, I’m wondering if there is something malfunctioning with our unit. Pros: 1. Sleek and attractive design 2. Very quiet during wash cycle Cons: 1. The dry cycle doesn’t work. Puddles of water remain on the tops of every dish, glass, pots/pans, and utensils for hours after the wash cycle ends. Towel drying is needed when unloading. 2. Water and steam periodically leaks from the top edge of the dishwasher during the wash cycle. 3. Takes well over two hours for the wash to complete.. 4. Not fully flush and level with the countertop 5. Somewhat difficult to hit the start button while the door is closed. We have tried to reach out to Best Buy a few times already but had to hang up before chatting with a rep due to extremely long wait times from high call volume. We’ll try a couple more times before making a decision to return this to the store.

My review is the dishwasher is very quiet, dries very well, excellent space for small articles, and shows no fingerprints or water marks. No fingerprints or watermarks on the outside surface means less time wasted cleaning and less necessary purchasing the recommended cleaner. This dishwasher is an excellent purchase.

So quite I’ve almost opened it while it was running! Dishes are spotless and the 3rd rack is a great convenience feature.

This dishwasher has a very large capacity and is nearly silent when running. When stacked correctly, you can get at least 12 10-inch dinner plates and four bowls on the bottom rack. 12-inch dinner plates decrease capacity for the bowls but there are two racks remaining so you still can wash all your dishes. Both round and square dishes fit well. The adjustable racks help when you have taller items. Just make sure to adjust the rack while empty or you may break something as the weight of the rack lowers. Rubber spatulas don't clean well and dishwasher liquid soap leaves residue behind. There's a diagram in the user manual showing the best way to insert silverware but it doesn't take into account that you may not be washing the same number of each utensil. I found that just alternating the silverware, placing some pointed up and some pointed down works just fine. Make sure to use a rinse aid or the glasses will be cloudy.

Very quiet and flexible rack arrangement provides great capacity. The auto open at the end of the cycle helps the dishes fully dry.

Excellent dishwasher! It is so quiet that you will doubt it is even running. Beautiful, clean design, fingerprint proof, and does a great job washing dirty dishes. The third rack is really helpful too.

Great washer...quiet and nice color...it would be 5 stars if you can buy it on sale...not sure the noise difference justifies the price
