Does not clean well

It is a solid machine but not nearly as good as advertised. Placed bowls on the middle shelf and they do not always get clean.

Got a technician over and said the pump is broken and is only getting worse. Over a thousand dollars on this dishwasher and it's already breaking. Buy anything else but Samsung for dishwashers.

WORST DISHWASHER EVER

It was "fixed" by Samsung then broke down again 12 months later. This time Samsung said it was out of warranty, Best Buy won't help us. After having plumbers and electricians and repairmen out, we're just out of luck. I would never ever ever buy a Samsung appliance again. What a nightmare. Save yourself the headache.

Dishwasher Leaking

Samsung came out to look at it, but attempted to blame it on the leveling. Pulled the dishwasher out and verified again that it was level and it is still leaking water. Going to have another Samsung worker come out but this may end up being a big bust and a $1,000+ loss if I have to replace it myself.

Both garbage, refrigerator makes constant gurgling noise, a friends Samsung fridge also makes this annoying noise and the dishwasher top spray arm keeps falling off, it doesnt snap on like its supposed to and when you pull the top tray out it drops to the bottom shelf.

Samsung will be sending their repair technician out for the third time very soon. There hasn't even been a full month that it has worked since I purchased it and installed it. I am very disappointed.
