    Exact after 4 months o am seeing issues. It smells even though you did self clean. Call Best Buy they said talk to Samsung guy came from Samsung didn’t do any thing just said it’s Best Buy fault they did not install properly. He didn’t even touch any thing. Cheap quality products. Better buy American . I wasted lot of money bought all the bad quality appliances. If you have money you like to waste it then buy Samsung.

    Unfortunately I purchased a Samsung Refridgeerator and this dishwasher. Both garbage, refrigerator makes constant gurgling noise, a friends Samsung fridge also makes this annoying noise and the dishwasher top spray arm keeps falling off, it doesnt snap on like its supposed to and when you pull the top tray out it drops to the bottom shelf.

    Never Again will I buy ANY Samsung

    2 years in, sometimes the door does when cycle completes, sometimes it does. The tines on the racks are flimsy, another low quality product from Samsung. I made the mistake of buying a whole kitchen suite, never again. Their support/service is on par with their low quality products.

    Never purchase a Samsung appliance

    I have waited three full months to write this review. Samsung will be sending their repair technician out for the third time very soon. There hasn't even been a full month that it has worked since I purchased it and installed it. I am very disappointed. If they can't fix it this time I will be ripping it out at three months old and throwing it away and replacing with LG.

    Started leaking after barely a month of use, Called solutions center, different answer given after every call on top of being put on hold at least 30 min each time , this despite being an “elite” member , and a geek squad plan Even went to the store where we bought it and was given another number to call still with the same result

    It’s so QUIET! Love my new dishwasher. Old one kicked the bucket so needed a new one. We decided we wanted to match our refrigerator which is a Samsung in the Tuscan color. The only downside was that we had to wait about 6 weeks to get it but it was totally worth it.

    Have had for 13 months and this thing is a piece of junk. Was amazing for the first 6 months, but now I have had issues with 2 separate and large pieces just “falling off” and into my dishes. The cleaning is ok, but not great. Would not buy again.

    I was very excited about this dishwasher. After having it for about a year, it gave out. It did not properly clean the dishes, leaving residue and food remnants. Geek squad came out and said that its the motor and theres not much they can do. Please, purchase Bosch or some brand that does not sell TVS as well!

    First off customer service is the best I’ve experienced ever. The product itself...well I’m on my 4th replacement due to leaks even had geek squad come out to check the install to make sure it is in-fact a leaky unit and not a separate issue now due to production limitations from the pandemic I can’t get it replaced for another 3 months the only reason I have not asked for a refund is because customer services are so good

    I wouldn’t even rate this. It stopped working on me 4 month after having it and the repair guy even told me he would never buy Samsung products that their customer service is the worse they will always only replace parts even if your item was on fire. Wish I knew this. I got all my appliances the same on Black Friday because they look good but functionally suck

    Do not buy this dishwasher. It doesn’t wash and it doesn’t dry! It washes with the bare minimum. And everything stays soaking wet no matter what cycle I put it on. Save your thousand dollars somewhere else. My 10 year old Bosch worked so much better!!! You would think putting it on the sanitize cycle being in there for three hours would get everything dry. Nope soaking wet.

    Not happy with Best buy

    I would like to leave a review but it never made it into the house. Had a crease up by the controls . So delivery men returned it to the wrong store and it still has not come up as a return. I have spent at least 5 hours with people trying to help me. Ordered this in June and now they placed a new order and it won't be delivered until Aug 10. Meanwhile my kids and grandkids will be here in 11 days. We spent a lot of money on all new appliances and would expect better service.

    Terrible dishwasher and terrible Samsung service

    Within one year the dishwasher has not been working properly. The bottom water jet keeps falling off rails and the dishes do not get cleaned. Have had to call Samsung technician twice now. This 2nd time the technician has rescheduled twice. It’s been two weeks now and still no repair work done.

    Terrible Buy is Best Buy

    The item itself is fine. The people who were supposed to install and haul away terrible They couldn’t even find our home after being given directions. Best Buy’s excuse, “The drivers are from PA. They don’t know NJ roads.” Horrible experience. We are both disabled and don’t drive. Hired a 3rd party handyman to do everything. He was cheaper and found our home. Go elsewhere to purchase anything.
