Delivery was on time. The delivery person was in and gone within less than 15 minutes. Love how quiet the dishwasher is and the 1 hr wash is great. No more waiting 2 1/2 hrs to get the dishes washed. That feature came in handy at Thanksgiving.

This is a game changer of a dishwasher ! The 3rd rack is so functional for my family. The smart Capability , I love being able to see what cycle it is on from my phone and being able to start it if I forgot to start it manually. Lastly, I love that it shows the count down on how much time is left on the front of the unit. I know exactly when my dishes will be done

Extremely quiet as advertised barely hear it running at all except for initial fill. adjustable racks and tines awesome for wide array of pots and platters. Best purchase for a DW in a long time

Great washer...quiet and nice color...it would be 5 stars if you can buy it on sale...not sure the noise difference justifies the price

Works fine, BUT the plastic panel on the front of the dishwasher keeps cracking. After 6 months the panel cracked in several places. We filed a warranty with Best Buy and had it replaced. 6 months later it happened again. We are an older couple and treat the dishwasher gently. It still works just fine, but for the price cosmetics are important. We’ll get the panel replaced again (we purchased a 5 year warranty), but I worry it will occur again.

This has been in use for about 1 month now. We really like that this is the quietest dishwasher we have ever owned. We had an issue at about 3 weeks after our purchase though. The machine went into start and would stop, start and stop...then all of the sudden works fine. Not really sure what the issue was. We reached out to samsung and even they could not troubleshoot the issue. The overall cleanliness is good and the sanitation cycle is a must have. Always loved samsung products but the issue with the cycling on and off scares me a little already.

I always wanted a swart appliance. This product gets us started. Working with smart things to operate the dish washer, we had different expectations. You will have to be in front of the dishwasher to click start the wash. Without using the smart functions, other inhabitants of the household will need instruction of which buttons and the workflow of the washer. Once we get through those hurdles we witness the quietest wash we have ever. For this is the other reason we purchased this item. We would recommend this product.

Every time it's in single digit weather, I get the LC code and have to shut off circuit breaker 5 tech visits last year while it was still under warranty. I have discovered that I wait for the weather to warm up, then turn the circuit breaker back on, it works. I spent 750.00 only to have to spend my lunch hour washing a ton of dishes, with a 1 year old dishwasher . Never again. If I lived in a warm climate, it would be great..but I don't.

Excellent dishwasher! It is so quiet that you will doubt it is even running. Beautiful, clean design, fingerprint proof, and does a great job washing dirty dishes. The third rack is really helpful too.

awesome dishwasher. By far the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned, even compared to the top of the line Bosch units I've had. The third rack is a great feature to have. It cleans the dishes really well. No complaints at all with this dishwasher.

I regret to say my experience with this dishwasher has been overwhelmingly negative. Despite its intended purpose, the appliance consistently failed to perform even basic cleaning tasks without extensive pre-washing—a requirement that rendered its use entirely impractical. After repeated attempts to work around its limitations, I ultimately abandoned the machine altogether and have resorted to hand-washing dishes for the past year, which defeats the purpose of owning a dishwasher in the first place. To make matters worse, the repair process was equally disappointing. Best Buy initially sent a technician, but the repair was abruptly halted when the technician was replaced. The replacement took months to order and install necessary parts, dragging out the process so long that my two-year warranty expired before the repair was completed. This left me with a broken appliance and no recourse for resolution. The combination of subpar performance and abysmal post-purchase support makes this one of the worst investments I’ve made. I strongly advise others to consider more reliable brands and avoid the frustration of dealing with both a faulty product and a sluggish repair system. Spend a little more upfront for a dishwasher that actually works—and a company that stands by its promises.

I can never tell if it’s running. Whisper quiet and all of the dishes come out sparkling every time. I’ve always had a dishwasher but always felt they were useless besides after big gatherings. With this one, it’s so quiet I don’t mind running it after dinner every night

We got this dishwasher as a replacement for an old one that had stopped working, and was too old to repair. Good points: it has a 60 minute express cycle--if you normally knock the food off the dishes before running, you can save a lot of time with this. It opens the door to let steam out at the end of the cycle. The dishes are clean. (Don't put your steel whisk in, though, that piece got rusty. Just hand wash the whisk!) It is very quiet. Bad points: Very few. We have ended up putting most of the flatware in the top tray, as the handles of the knives don't fit in the silverware basket openings very often. We are still working out optimal placing for various things. And the deep eating bowls don't go on the bottom, and take up more space than expected in the cups and glasses tray. Shallower bowls go on the bottom just fine, though. All in all, a very nice dishwasher.

Superb quality all around. Gets dishes extremely clean and runs smoothly and quietly. Don’t even know it is running !

We had a Bosch dishwasher before this and I was very skeptical about getting anything except another Bosch. We love the color, and this thing is super quiet! It's quieter than the Bosch we had. I just wish that there was some way for it to tell you when it was out of rinse aid.

I got this dishwasher for $799 on sale. I do not like the actual loading capacity as much as my previous unit... I think there is just too much going on inside and it is a bit awkward to get the same amount of dishes as i could previously. The HUGE plus is this thing is so dang quite.... u literally have to hold ur ear up to it to make sure it is on... I do not like that it does not come with a power cord attached... I really do not understand why all that extra work is necessary.... alll in all... great product....

This this is super quiet. We werent even sure it was working at first. Opened it up and it was dripping with water and steam. Does a great job washing and the moving shelves are great for some of our odd sized items.

Very good quality and very nice looking machine. There is sleek time indicator through the surface - like the tech from the future. Dishes are super clean always - no issues with it. Very very quiet - start and forget until it beeps for you to pick up the clean dishes.

This thing is super quiet! I would give it an excellent for cleaning and a very good for drying. The door opening on its own at the end of a cycle to help drying is a great feature. Each level has some flexibility to fit odd sized items without a lot of empty space.
