When we purchased this dishwasher, we trusted the **SAMSUNG** name, expecting quality and reliability. **Big mistake.** This dishwasher has been nothing short of a disaster. For the first few months, it worked fine. Then, at around the six-month mark, **the nightmare began**—it started leaking **every single time** we used it. No big deal, right? Just call Samsung and get it fixed. **WRONG.** Samsung’s customer service is a complete joke. They read from their little scripts, repeating the same useless lines like robots. **Five**—yes, FIVE—technicians came out to “fix” the issue. And guess what? **Still leaked. Every. Single. Time.** My fiancé had to take off work for these pointless visits, but that was just the beginning of the frustration. So, my fiancé called Samsung customer service. **More of the same.** Hours wasted on hold, getting transferred around, only to be **hung up on** after **three-plus hours**. At this point, we thought maybe—just maybe—getting bumped up to a "specialty claims associate" would get us somewhere. **WRONG AGAIN.** Enter **Sharon**, the so-called specialist. Rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. Instead of offering a proper fix or a replacement, she decided we’d get a **reimbursement.** Sounds reasonable, right? **Wrong.** Now, we’re stuck buying a whole new dishwasher, paying another delivery fee, another installation fee, and wasting even more time. The worst part? **I was a loyal Samsung customer.** My house is FILLED with Samsung products—**four** Samsung TVs, the Bespoke washer and dryer, microwave, and we were even planning to buy a Samsung fridge and stove. **Not anymore.** After this debacle and the absolute disgrace that is Samsung’s customer service, my family will take our business elsewhere. The unit runs so quiet, if it wasn’t for the display on the front you almost wouldn’t even know it was running. Had a small issue with the top cutlery rack. After less than a weeks usage one of the fingers that props up the silverware broke. Contacted Samsung care within a few days a replacement rack was on my doorstep free of charge and completely hassle free. Some reviews I read on this product people were concerned about not having a heated dry option, I honestly can tell you I don’t miss it one bit. Make sure you are using jet dry and your dishes will come out clean and dry. If you are debating getting this product hope this review helps.

This is the BEST dishwasher I have ever owned. It cleans great even without pre-rinse and you have to look or touch it to even know it's running.

This dishwasher is very quiet. I cleans dishes well but we have not put anything in it that was really dirty. I haven't learned all of the settings yet but it seems pretty easy to use.

This dishwasher has got to be the best one ever created. It cleans and drys very well and you have to put your ear on it to even know it’s running because it’s so quiet.

I love the look of this dishwasher. It is very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes. The only complaint I have is that the second rack doesn’t stay in place when you pull it out to place or remove dishes. It may be due to flooring or installation but I don’t know. If I could get that fixed I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Installer was only there because they were short staffed. Wanted to "prove he could still do it". Leaked within the first 30 days, fixed it by leveling the rear (t20 under the front lip). Also tucked the rubber flap that he stated "just kind of hangs there" behind the kick plate, as I had asked him. Tucked the side seals into the cabinets, as well. For reference, it was a 3rd party that installed, not geek squad. Washer is rediculiously quiet. We can watch a movie essentially in the same room and have no issues.

Unbelievably quiet and washes very well. Had very few instances of dishes coming out not completely clean and dry.

I love the 3rd row for extra silverware. It is extremely quiet and I love that the door automatically opens when the cycle is done

Dishwasher is great so far; dishes are spotless and noise level during operation is super quiet. We had the Best Buy contractors install it. They did a great job; clean, professional and were friendly.

We bought a set of Samsung kitchen appliances and knew we wanted a dishwasher that was as quiet as possible. After a month of ownership, we love it. We have a smaller open-floor-plan home and our old dishwasher would drown out the tv in the living room. With the tv off, you can hear the dishwasher doing its thing, but it is very quiet. The loudest noise is the water going down the sink drain. The dishwasher seems well laid out and holds more dishes, utensils, misc. then our older dishwasher. The racks slide in and out with ease. The overall quality is what you would expect from a higher-end product.

I love this new dishwasher! It’s so much better than the whirlpool I had. And so quiet! Lots of nice features.

The racks are well designed and the third top rack is particularly useful for large ustensils. Overall, it cleans well.
