Great dishwasher. It's so quiet you don't even know it's running. All the adjustments available and the top tray make this very versatile. The door popping open when complete to aid in drying and to let you know it's complete is awesome.

Best dishwasher. Very quite, I have been using Samsung kitchen appliances. Nice features. All bell and whistle. One thing I like Samsung to improve is Lower rack has very wide spaces.vNeed to make smaller gap so small items doesn't fall or stick out at bottom. Linear wash seems to working great, impressive. I would recommend this dishwasher. Like smart control drawbak is cannot turn power and smart control with your phone.

We purchase this item because of past experience with Samsung Dishwashers, and primarily due to the rated 39 dBA. The dishwasher will be in the breakfast area of an open concept so we want the noise level to be as low as possible, for those times we may need to run it during gatherings.

This dishwasher is amazing. I recently bought a house, and replaced the dishwasher that came with it. I've never had a dishwasher before, or ever used one but I've always heard nightmares about them. I've noticed that if I don't properly rinse heavy soil off, they will stay behind, so I just rinse everything before popping them in. The auto release is very convenient, and helps the dishes dry even better overnight. I would highly recommend this for anybody.

Dishwasher is very quiet and does a good job of cleaning dishes. Only complaint would be that the racks are not layed out well for loading a large number of dishes. Would rather have racks front to back instead of left to right. Besides those points great dishwasher.

I love this. I had a KitchenAid that I hated and everybody said it would be great. This one perfect does a great job. Can barely hear it.

Great dishwasher. We wondered how it would compare to the previous (Bosch). We like it. The linear wash system is different but does a nice job. It’s very quiet. At the end of the cycle, the door pops open slightly to release steam.

Positives: Extremely quiet. Gets everything very clean. Extremely spacious when using the silverware top rack. Self-opening feature at the end is a bonus. Negatives: Samsung will not service any glitches post sale. Therefore, suggest purchasing Geek Squad coverage.

I love this dishwasher, and how it adjusts heights. But best of all it is so quiet you wonder if it is running. I was skeptical about how it opens on its own at the end and if it would dry properly, it dry's perfectly. It's amazing!!

I was skeptical about buying this dishwasher because of the negative reviews. This dishwasher was purchased to replace an older Samsung dishwasher. The color matches my fridge perfectly. The machine runs extremely quiet. The small display on the front is a great feature. It shows how much time is remaining in the wash cycle. The smart things features are also a bonus feature. When the wash is complete it opens the door to help dry the dishes faster.

I am so discouraged with this dishwasher. I purchased it May of 2019 and run 3 times a week on average. I noticed today that the top rack has several rust spots where the plastic coating is gone and completely rusted. I only put glasses, cups and bowls on top rack, never anything sharp. As for the functionality, It does not clean off any food that has sat for a day or longer. If you plan on running the dishwasher right away, no need to pre-wash unless there is stuck on food. It has great cycle options, but honestly, we only use a couple. Overall, I would say this dishwasher is not worth the money and I would not buy again!

The linear spray cleans well an is very quiet. Dries the dishes well without a heating element.

The good: It is quiet. Easy to figure out how to get it started. Lots of room. The bad: Doesnt dry very well, especially if you run out of Jet Dry. The Ugly: The top 3rd row fails to pull out completely. Called Support. Technician came out and fixed it. 2 months later, it broke again. Serious design flow that makes the top row virtually unusable most of the time.
