Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super expensive dishwasher leaves dishes dirty! - in order for your dishes to dry, you have to buy rinse aid - & then, the dishwasher pops open and basically air dries under the heat of the unit releasing - normal wash takes a long time - PRO - one of the only appliances from this suite that is actually SO quiet, you don’t even know it’s running But.... to this day, I still can’t get my glassware fully sparkly clean...

My dishes are sparkling clean, even when the machine is loaded to the brim. The racks are easily configured to allow for items both large and small, tall and short. The wash cycle is so quiet that I didn’t even realize it was on when standing right next to it. The door opening feature does allow for the steam to escape and dishes to more completely dry. Wish I had gotten this machine sooner.

I’ve accidentally opened in to put something in not realizing that it was running. The top rack took a little getting use to but I figured it out. I am happy with this purchase.

I am a bit curious about the other reviews that complain about drying. I have had no issues with drying unless the item is plastic. Sometimes plastic items do not dry all the way, but normal plates, dishes, glassware is always perfectly dry.

Most especially I like the option of a 60 minute cycle which seems to get the dishes very clean. To me there seems to be too many options and controls. They are however, hidden which gives a lovely appearance. These reviews should have automatic annual updates because first impressions are a terrible way to rate a new appliance or any other buy for that matter.
