PROS: Quiet, nice-looking. CONS: Silverware baskets don't fit and are hard to use, 3rd rack items don't get clean, bottom rack tines are too floppy, below-average drying, programmable features are hard to use, and now the dishes are coming out dirty. We have to wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher!

Everything comes out super clean, and the best part about it it is super quiet. The first time we started the dishwasher we had to listen if it is working.

It is effective in cleaning dishes, just make sure you use the appropriate detergent and rinsing agent for optimal results!

Its very quite when in use. It has some nifty features. Does a wonderful job of cleaning. Although its a fingerprint resistant stainless steel but I do notice finger prints time to time.

Wish the inside drawers were more flexible but this thing is awesome. Be prepared for the installation as it doesn't use the old water hoses with 3/8" fitting. It uses connections like clothes washer.

Now the bad.... This thing is so small.... If you have the upper drawer to the top, forget putting anything larger than a coffee in there; if it is lower, your plastic spoons will not fit in the utensil holder. For the most part I ripped out the 3rd shelf just so I can fit my dishes.

Everything comes out sparkling clean. This new technology will become the industry standard in future dishwashers. Love it!
