Nothing but problems. I purchased this dishwasher in August 2022. Within just a few months, it was leaking water onto my hardwood floors. BestBuy tech came out, repaired it. All was good for another few months, but then the bottom bar came off and refused to stay on during cycles. Tech came out again, fixed it. Thank goodness for the Best Buy total tech program, as it was out of the one year warranty at that point. Fast forward to today, three months past the 2 year Best Buy warranty, and the bar breaks again. I had an appliance repair guy come out and he quoted me just under $500 to replace the part. I paid $800 for this dishwasher. He said he sees this a lot and did not recommend repairing it as it was likely to break again. No thank you. I’m just getting a new one. I promise I will never buy another Samsung dishwasher again.

The is unit is a beast. So far it cleans anything perfectly what we have put in it. Caked on food is no match for this unit. it automatically opens when it is done to help get the stream out for additional drying which is nice.

I am unable to write a complete review because the uninstalled dishwasher is sitting in my kitchen. The installer brought a 6ft water supply hose and our setup requires a longer hose. Best buy doesn't sell a longer hose! I was told by the contracted installation and delivery person that I NEED TO BUY A LONGER HOSE AND AN EXTENSION FOR THE DRAIN HOSE, AND RESCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION! We are Totaltech members. I would expect that when we buy an appliance and schedule installation, nothing is required but our presence. And yet, here I sit with a new dishwasher in the kitchen, the old diseased one sitting in its original location, and the better part of the day wasted. Best Buy, you can do better.

Extremely quite a dishwasher and it cleans really well. I also love to use the SmartApp to monitor the dishwasher for cleaning cycles. I strongly recommend this.

Leaves dishes super clean. It is really quiet and the express mode is so quick And the dishes are as clean as the other modes. Highly recommend

Dishwasher is beautiful, and there is plenty of interior space for dishes. The top rack is a nice addition, too. However, some items that have dried on food do not clean completely, something that my previous dishwashers (Bosch and Kenmore), always did with no pre-rinsing required. Also, some items are not completely dry at the end of the cycle.

It's funny to see all these people who have reviewed this product within the first 4 months of owning it. Just wait. It will fail. My bottom rack water wall stopped working correctly 6 months ago. I have been fighting with Samsung the last week to either replace this or refund me. I paid $1300 total for this piece of junk and it failed just like every other Samsung appliance I have purchased. Their customer service is by far the absolute worst. They hire super nice people but their processes are completely useless. I had to fight to get them to send a repair tech on their dime. For $1300, this shouldn't break down after 8 months. The tech ran some diagnostics on his phone and told me not to use pods and to turn the heat up on my water heater. Samsung's website recommends pods. That's odd. He left saying nothing was wrong. I ran the dishwasher after buying new detergent and turning up the heat and sure enough, the bottom rack doesn't get clean. I even have video of me running the dishwasher with zone boost on and the bowls are dirty and greasy after 3 hours of washing. I asked for a second opinion. They are sending the exact same company out after three people told me they wouldn't on the phone. Shear and utter uselessness. Do not buy this dishwasher. It works great for a few months and then it will stop working. Get a Bosch. They're awesome and they last longer than 8 months.

This dishwasher is so quiet you don’t know it’s on. Our old dishwasher was so loud, sounded like a jet engine. 3 shelves are very convenient for all silverware and dishes. Truly No finger prints.

Regretting buying this dishwasher and regretting that I bought it from Best Buy. We spent 1200 plus on this machine and extended warranty and it stopped working after less than 6 weeks! Waited a week plus for Geek Squad to come out and tech was unable to fix. He told me he could replace all of the electronics and the machine still might not work. He suggested getting Best Buy to bring a new machine. Multiple calls to Best Buy and lots of waiting on hold. Reps are nice and polite but no results so we have a thousand dollar piece of junk.

Soooo quiet! Love it! Pops open when it’s done which i love and the buttons are on the top so my mischievous toddler can’t mess with them

Very quiet dishwasher. Has done an excellent job in cleaning the dishes. Ample space for dishes and glasses. Has done a good job drying dishes without the use of a drying additive.

Very quiet! Absolutely love it, it was a quick install. Love all the different ways you can move the racks.

I LOVE THIS DISH WASHING MONSTER!!! I challenge it frequently with unrinsed, baked on, burnt on food particles left to dry out overnight. Follow the manufacturer instructions. Whammo! Dirt is gone. Looks brand new. And Samsung will take care of your purchase! Their warranty and customer service match the Geek Squads reputation for excellence

very nice and quiet which is very important to me. the control buttons on the top are a little confusing but don't detract from the serviceability of the product.

Great dishwasher. It has more control and cycle option than needed. It does a great job on real dirty dishes.

It's so quiet, I can't tell it's running until it drains.

It's not a Bosch but doesn't cost as much either. Works 100x better than the old LG that never cleaned even brand new. Super quiet and does the best on the heavy duty setting. 12/10 would buy again.
