So quiet you don't even know it's running. Surprisingly the door automatically opens letting you know the load is done.. This dishwasher is amazing!

As quiet as advertised and cool features that we are still trying to figure out. Third rack is very handy and customizable

This dishwasher replaced an older Kenmore one. For pros, it is very quiet, and I appreciate that it sort of sings at you when it's done and it opens the door a bit when it's finished to help air dry the dishes I guess. As for cleaning (it's one job), I do not know exactly why we have had such a rotten time with it when there are so many glowing reviews, but we desperately miss our old Kenmore. It does not consistently clean anything for us except silverware that we put in the top tray. At first when we were having issues I meticulously went through the manual to make sure we were placing dishes correctly. We made adjustments to how we handled pans in particular since we had been placing them incorrectly, but it did not help. Almost every time we run it we have to take items out and hand wash them or leave them for a second run. It's unclear why we even have this appliance at this point and we're seriously considering donating it and getting something else if we can scrape together the money.

This dishwasher is the quietest one I’ve ever had! I can hardly tell if it’s working! When the cycle is over the door pops open so the dishes dry quickly.

We visited Best Buy after a disappointing order and failed delivery by a big box improvement store. Upon entering Best Buy in Spring Hill, Fl we were introduced to Lizzett Torres and to our amazement she took the time to learn our needs and criteria and helped us find the right dishwasher appliance at the right price, handled setting up delivery and continued warranty maintenance program. It was the most rewarding and pleasant shopping experience in a very long time. Lizzett has made us Best Buy customers forever.

Upgrade to the previous dishwasher, this one isn't heard when running. The app controlled feature is nice when we've gone to bed and wasn't sure if it's running. We love it...

Love it, we replaced out old (new but came with the house and didn't clean much) this one works much butter and it has WIFI and can be added to Smartthings

The racks are well designed and the third top rack is particularly useful for large ustensils. Overall, it cleans well.

This is the best washing machine I have ever owned. Ii operates so quietly I only know that it is running when the water is draining. Would definitely recommend.

Have had for 2 months and have generally enjoyed the dishwasher. Be sure to load cups on top rack as water pressure is so great the cups (if loaded on bottom) will be flipped upright and filled with water.
