I love the power that the disheasher has my dishes come out clean

Exactly after 1 year things start going wrong and pieces start breaking off. The TotalTech membership is useless. They charge you a service fee after the first year ($185 + parts)

Product was delivered in new condition and was installed in a speedy fashion. The dishwasher also has amazing features and can be run on a smartphone app. Very satisfied with dishwasher and installer

Love this dishwasher. We replaced a Bosch that only lasted 5 years before electronics failed. The racks are so innovative and it cleans so much better than the old one.

This is way quieter compared to what we had earlier by whirlpool. The only sound you would hear is when there is an exchange of water.

Super quiet operation. The controls are on the top of the tub, which get covered by our countertop, so we just have to program it and hit start with it open, but that seems to work fine.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is the versatility of the bottom rack. You have either plate spacing or wide open spaces. If you use the perpendicular spacing, you’re limited to that fairly wide spacing. I’m still learning what works best. I love the Smart function!

Have had this about a month now. It exceeds all my expectations. It is so quiet I have had to double check that it is on. A must for open floorplans

Great dishwasher. Easy to use, plenty of settings. Delay starting is a great feature if you want to run off peak hours.

I like the dishwasher. It was a real pain to install. My house was not built for a machine quite like this one. It kind of dries dishes. Its just real slow. Manual suggests using rinse aid. Product is nice overall.

We bought this dishwasher as a replacement to an aging unit in our house. You can't tell it's running unless you are right next to it, it's that quiet! Easy install, lots of configurations, great buy!

Sometimes the water is remaining in bottom part and if I don’t check after washing in 3 days smells very bad. I used 3 times, about week I didn’t open the door and when I opened it was smelling.. I put on self cleaning 2,5h and it’s gone so now I check every time I use dishwasher.. but before Samsung I had a Bosch dishwasher it didn’t happen

Cleans very well. We had another brand we paid $800 for that did not clean dishes very good. we always had some to clean after going thur the dishwasher.

I actually couldn't even believe it the first time that I used this dishwasher. It was so quiet that I literally could not hear it. I have never had a dishwasher so quiet before.

Nice 3 rack dishwasher. Best feature is the automatic door open after the dishwasher is done. Helps to facilitate dishes drying much better and I don’t have to be awake to get it done.
