Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got a Dishwasher LC code indicating a leak. I have had the dishwasher for 1 year and 2 months. Water on the floor in front of and underneath the dishwasher. Pulled out the dishwasher to find the source. Determined leak was coming from the Case Brake on the side of the dishwasher. When I looked at why it was leaking I saw holes and pitting in the Stainless steel tub where the Gasket makes contact with the tub. So in about a year the Stainless steel tub rusted through and the dishwasher is leaking through the rusted holes.

And I want to apologize if you are experiencing an inconvenience with the leakage in your dishwasher. A dishwasher that is visibly leaking can be troublesome, and you may be unsure how to fix it. An installation issue, for instance, will require you to inspect the drain hose, water supply hose, and leveling legs if the leak is severe. On the other hand, if you are receiving the error codes LE or LC, it indicates that moisture is detected where it doesn't belong, even if a leak isn't visible or noticeable.

I figured samsung is good a tech and would be best bet for smart appliances. The smart features are pointless. Cant start it remotely. It doesnt stay online when power is off. I have 10 dollar battery powered wireless sensors with more intelligence than this dishwasher. Also samsung is not good at making appliances. Check out the facebook page about all the returns of samsucks. After a couple uses the auto release broke, repair man said it is a common problem. If you do buy samsung appliances make sure you get the extended warranty.

Too early to comment on the performance, but it has few operations that we are not clear of.. glass jars after wash are showing up marks, not sure if we are using this proper. Has to go through the manual or talk to customer care on how to use this better. otherwise, it is good to use.

Would Not Recommend Best Buy for Appliances I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and opted for their installation service, a decision I deeply regret. From day one, the installation was poorly executed. My flooring was damaged during the process, and the dishwasher has had persistent drainage issues ever since. When I contacted Samsung, the manufacturer, they confirmed the problem was due to improper installation. But Best Buy’s installation team refused to take responsibility, citing a 90-day installation warranty, even though the issue began immediately and has never been resolved. I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop, with Samsung telling me to call Best Buy, and Best Buy telling me to call Samsung. No one is willing to own the problem. This experience has been chaotic and exhausting. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other retailer. Best Buy’s lack of accountability and poor customer service have been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases or installation services. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Be sure to load cups on top rack as water pressure is so great the cups (if loaded on bottom) will be flipped upright and filled with water.
