Started out great, but Samsung service not so

It worked great for the first couple months until it didn't. The auto release door open just stopped working after 2 months. It may be a minor point, but I paid a lot for this feature and don't like my dishes still wet. I have had Samsung contracted service techs at my house and we are on a first name basis. First they replaced a motor, but keep running diagnostics that say it works. But it doesn't- we even have it on video. Now they say it's because it's not level, but told us the leveling feet won't do anything (??). It's still under warranty, but they still say nothing is wrong. I'm so frustrated that at this point I would almost take a noisy dishwasher if all the features worked as they should.

I’d say it gets moderate usage given my family size and how often we wash dishes. Right after the 2 year mark, I started getting PC and 4C error codes. I checked the water supply and everything was good. Called a technician and he said no power was being supplied to the valve. Had to get a new control board for it to work.
