This Samsung dishwasher sounds impressive on paper, but in real use it falls short. Despite the low 39 dBA claim, it doesn’t feel significantly quieter than cheaper models, and some cycles leave dishes with spots and stuck-on food. The 3rd rack feels cramped and awkward, and the controls can be confusing. Build quality feels flimsy for the price, and reliability doesn’t match expectations for a premium machine. Not worth the premium tag compared to better-performing

Purchased for the new house over a year ago and did not install until June of this year due o construction delays. It worked (very well, I may add) for exactly 60 days and now it's giving me a PC code which is a zone problem. No simple fix, it could be number of things. No warranty because it's over 1 year old, even if not used. Service cost around $600 if I'm lucky. Read a lot of on-line reviews about this product and they are mostly negative due to leaking problems. At least my floors have not been damaged. Looks great but it's a piece of junk. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY IT!

Dishwasher broke in less than 2 years ugh

Thanks goodnes I purchased the extended warranty since the part that was broken was discontinued. I got store credit to put it towards a new dishwasher. We will see how a Kitchen Aid dishwasher works.

Much happier
