I’d say it gets moderate usage given my family size and how often we wash dishes. Right after the 2 year mark, I started getting PC and 4C error codes. I checked the water supply and everything was good. Called a technician and he said no power was being supplied to the valve. Had to get a new control board for it to work.

Dont buy this dishwasher

I do like that it opens automatically at the end of the cycle with the fan so I dries all the dishes. Samsung would not replace it or have someone come out to where I live. only had it for a little over a year and half. we have other Samsung appliances I don't recommend this one.

Purchased for the new house over a year ago and did not install until June of this year due o construction delays. It worked (very well, I may add) for exactly 60 days and now it's giving me a PC code which is a zone problem. No simple fix, it could be number of things. No warranty because it's over 1 year old, even if not used. Service cost around $600 if I'm lucky. Read a lot of on-line reviews about this product and they are mostly negative due to leaking problems. At least my floors have not been damaged. Looks great but it's a piece of junk. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY IT!
