Works great, but had issues and they can repair it couldn’t understand the guys and didn’t help much

Very quiet! Love the zone booster option! I use the app, so I know when it is done even if I'm not home.

The delivery was on time and the guys. I want to say the guys, Mike and Rolland were GREAT! They had deliver the previous 3 items before the dishwasher. They explained everything about the appliances. I do have to say they mentioned their boss wanted them to use these new straps that go around their necks and honestly, they had red marks on their necks could not turn to see where they were going and I felt bad for them. I hope the management may re-evaluate how uncomfortable they can be and do more harm to the necks than anything.

We can barely hear the dishwasher, and it does a great job. The installation team was also exceptional. Very satisfied.

The most quiet dishwasher I have ever used. Inside the rack is easily adjustable to fit any of my dishes and utensils.

1st off I am absolutely disgusted on how I have been treated with Geek Squad. The consistent run around a circle has been insane. This dishwasher is great, but if it breaks there are no parts to be found unless you order from a random 3rd party company that doesn't show pictures of what you are buying. When considering this product look up the model number for parts. Story : Dishwasher breaks down. I call Geeksquad and schedule a tech to come out and repair the problem. Tech comes out and starts the regular process. Looking up the model number for the parts that need to be fixed. The part that is broken is the mechanism on the bottom that moves the sprayer back and forth. Tech says he can't find any parts for it. No parts can be found. Nothing in his tablet, nothing. I start helping him look and looking on my phone for parts. Can't find anything except one 3rd party store that looks shady. There are a couple of forums talking about the current issue and how they had to jerry rig the dishwasher with some heavy duty magnets. Tech says he will schedule a 2nd visit, but if he can't find any parts he won't show up. So tech leaves and says I need to call Geek Squad back and probably getting a replacement. I call back the following day. I am on the phone for 2 hours. 1 1/2 hours are on hold. At the end of this conversation I am told, that I will receive an email in the next 5-6 business days of the process of a replacement for the dishwasher. So I wait 7 business days, no EMAIL!! I call Geek Squad again. This time they see that there is a pending repair visit, will not listen to what I just talked about and that a tech will be able to magically fix the issue now. Fine I let the schedule happen, support won't listen to me. I schedule it for a Friday between 8am and 12pm. NO ONE SHOWS UP!! I call around 1pm asking what is going on with the repair. Give my explanation of what I have been told is going on. Freddy from Geek Squad tells me he will call me back in 24 hours with a solution for this. Surprise. NO PHONE CALL BACK! I call back again! Explain the situation. Get put on hold and forwarded to Christine from repairs / replacements or whatever department. Now I am told that the part is on backorder and I have to wait 30 days till I can get the part and the dishwasher repaired. She can't give me a date and can't provide literally any information except that I am sorry and you are not going to like this answer. This is 100% not acceptable. And for a now $800 dishwasher and can't get a repair for it absolutely BLOWS MY MIND!! I am disgusted with this whole process that I have had to deal with and this is definitely ruined every bit of shopping experience with Best Buy!

Very sleek looking and super quiet. Don't even know it's running.

The good - Handsome unit and very quiet, innovative bottom spay system - it’s a connected device. The bad - both baskets do not fit a whole lot of dishes. It’s a Strande and very inefficient space management. Worst of all it cleans horrible. Glasses and dishes are still dirty and our wine glasses have spots all over - utter disastrous. We wanted to like it and tried hard but the shortcomings where just to many - retuning it and getting a Bosch.

It’s very quite. Much better than Samsung Storm wash which I had too much trouble which I ended up returning.

It does what it is supposed to do - wash and I have no complaints there. I don't like that my dishes are wet after washing but my old Whirlpool did the same thing when it was going. My plastics aren't damaged.

I love the Samsung linear wash top control dishwasher. It is replacing earlier Samsung dishwasher that gave me 10 great years of service and still worked well .After a hose failed I decided to get a new washer with 3 tiers and more features. The new washer works even better and is so quiet that I can not even hear it! This unit is energy star rated. I like how the door opens at the end of the cycle to help dry the dishes. I now look forward to doing my dishes!

WIFI is the way with the Samsung smart thing app for android. Quiet, the auto release at the end of cycle is also the way.

Great looking dishwasher and most importantly, it is extremely quiet. Not sure there's really much else to ask for of a dishwasher.

This washer works great and is very quiet. I don't know it's even on most of the time. Very easy install as I did it myself.
