Only thing I don't like is the middle rack is kinda awkward. The 3rd rack is amazing though and more than makes up for it. Also don't like that you can't use affresh to clean it.

The top drawer for silverware doesn’t work well, I was looking forward to that. It doesn’t seem to clean evenly. The rest of it seems good.

The space between the bottom rack and the top rack is very small, a normal size plate has to be leaned over or the blade will hit. It is very quiet, but I works prefer a deeper bottom rack, I can’t even put pots in the bottom rack because there’s no room.

You can utilize the lower rack of your dishwasher by folding down the tines in the Zone Booster area to accommodate larger items, such as pots and pans.
Additionally, you can adjust the angle of the tines in the Upper rack to three different positions to match the size and shape of your dishes. Furthermore, the height of both the upper and lower racks can be adjusted to best fit your needs.
Please see page 15 under the "Angle of the plate supports" page 15 in the "Height adjustment" and page section of the manual for more details.
