Had it now for 2 years and never had an issue. Not only it cleans well it looks awesome as well. My entire kitchen will be Samsung black stainless appliances. Doing entire house renovation.

It silent run (can barely hear it running) is the most appealing feature in this appliance. The 3rd rack comes in handy to keep small items (like ladles etc). After the wash, the door opens up a bit to dry off the dishes - highly energy efficient. I would highly recommend this product.

The store manager, Lori, and the Geek Squad tech helped resolve the issue and the appliance has been functioning as it should since then. We are pleased with the functionality of the appliance and the service we received from the store and the Geek Squad.

We are missing some of the hardware to mount to the cabinet. Have adjusted the legs, but the unit still wants to tip when the door is open.
